I was on the couch relaxing after that brutal training session with Diana, that's when a familiar face stood over me

Kara: wake up cutie

Y/n: no, im tired

Kara: black canary says it's time to train

Y/n: I already trained today give me a break

Then she picked me up over her shoulder

Kara: sorry leader don't get breaks

While everyone was at the training arena they looked as kara dragged y/n in over the shoulder

Canary: good to see our leader is awake

Y/n: please I've had enough training for one day let me sleep

Canary: sorry but wonder woman already told me that

Canary: yes she also said to not let you slack off

Y/n:(grubling) of course she did

Y/n got off of kara's shoulder and stood up

Y/n: alright what is it today

Canary: alright let's get started, now combat is about controlling conflict, putting the battle on your terms you should always be acting never reacting. I'll need a sparring partner

He said walking into the ring eating a banana

That's when she threw a right hook which wally blocked but then she swept his legs as he fell on his back

Then Aqualad elbowed him then superboy got up as y/n told him to bring it with his hand as superboy in a rage rushed y/n with another wild punch so y/n slipped by and put superboy in a triangle chokehold cutting off his air and bringing him to his knees
