chapter 1

*Jules pov*

It was a perfect early morning, when I woke up and prepared to go to my Graduation. I was so so so happy to finally be finished with school. Today I woke up missing mom and dad, so I decided to call them and check how far away from reaching America. I took my phone and dialed my mom's number, it didn't take more than a minute when my mom answered

"Hey mom" I said happily, "Jules baby" mom mattered, the was one thing I couldn't understand, her voice was not like usual she sounded scared and shocked. "Mom wha-" i couldn't finish my sentence when I heard a gun shot "Gio!" my mom screamed from behind the phone, "Mom!!!"
My mom started screaming, I couldn't understand anything at this moment. I heard voices speaking from behind, "his dead, what do we do with this woman now?" A deep voice from behind the call asked, "kill her" it didn't take a minute when I heard the sound of a gun. "Mom?, mom?. Mom talk to me" it was quite she didn't respond "mom please talk to me" it was quite I dropped the phone not knowing what to do.

Realization hit me when I picked up my phone and called Castro, Castro was my childhood best friend from italy, he was like a brother to me, we had to separate because I moved out, one thing I couldn't understand was that my parents stayed behind while I was taken to go to another country. I took my phone and dialed Castro's number
He didn't take time to answer
"Hey you it's been long since I heard from you" Castro said happily, I didn't have time.
"Castro" I said sniffing, "Jules what's wrong you don't seem to be okay". "Castro I think something might have happened back at the house" I said still not okay, "come down and talk to me" he mattered. "Castro today I had to  be graduating as you know, I decided to check where mom and dad might be and mom answered the call in panic, I heard gunshots and mom shouted dad's name that's when I had few more gunshots and mom wasn't talking anymore" I said "Wait, what. Jules I'll call you once I reach there okay. For now please make sure that you don't go out". "I have to go out, I have to graduate I can't miss it" I said not wanting to go to the graduation but I knew that I had to attend before I loose everything again. "Okay don't go until I send a guard to come and take you to the graduation, okay" he said "okay sure " I hang up.

I still couldn't understand why I had to be having guards with me. But I knew that I shouldn't ask questions for now I shoul just do whatever they say.
It didn't take more than ten minutes for the guy to arrive, his name was massimo and he was going to be my guard for the rest of the day, well he was quite nice and handsome.
We reached the graduation ceremony and we were a bit late due to the traffic, although I was thankful because I will not be staying here for long. It was my turn to go on stage and I was nervous and sad because I haven't heard from Castro. I went on stage, said my speech and we took photos with some of my classmates. I had to fake my smile throughout the day.

I was in the car with massimo going to my apartment when my phone started ringing, I checked the ID caller and it was Castro I answered shaking "Castro how did you go, I've been waiting for you to call me since the morning" I said. I heard Castro sighing. "They were both killed jules I'm sorry". "Did they die" I just answered not fully understanding that he said the were dead. "Jules they are gone". "No no no it can't be please go and check please" I said to him "Juliana they are gone I've been there the whole day and they are gone" I dropped my phone on the ground and screamed Massimo kept on telling me to come down.
They are really gone, gone!! Ahhhhhhh!!!!! Mom dad gone nooo!!
Massimo had to drug me with whatever that is and I felt better and in no time I was asleep
"Huffff" I heard Massimo sighing .

How was it? Hope y'all guys enjoyed it. Well this is like an introduction of what fully happened. I'll be writing Ashton's pov in the next chapter.
