~~Izuku's POV~~
When I walked in it was pretty quite and not maybe people here "I'll be there soon just take a seat" I smiled "I'm here to help" she peeked out from behind a curtain "oh well come here" I nodded and walked to her
"Looks at this lady and tell what's what's wrong with her"
I nodded and went to the other side of her and rubbed my hand together till they started to glow and I closed my eyes so I could focus more
"She's 4 weeks pregnant"
The lady gasped and pulled my hands away and shook them till they stopped glowing "am I really" I smiled and nodded "yes" she sat up and smiled while rubbing her stomach
"I can you some prenatal vitamins but I don't have anything for the throwing up and nausea"
She looked down but nodded "I actually have something that'll help" they both looked at me and watched as I dug through my pouch and pulled out a small vile
"one drop every day and it'll keep the nausea away and don't worry it's safe to take while pregnant"
She carefully took the vile and nodded "thank you guardian" I smiled and blushed "it's nothing really" "here are the vitamins" we both looked at the doctor and smiled
~~time skip~~
Once i finished the clothes shopping i used a little bit of magic to shrink them so they would get damaged or dirty or even possible in the way “ok now shopping time” with a smile on my face i went to the market and started to look around but as i did one of the shop owners came out with a bag “here” he held out the bag for me and i looked at him confusion
“I'm sorry I don't understand”
He smiled “you were the one that told my wife she was pregnant and gave her something for the her throwing up” I nodded and slowly took the bag “you also are the guardian of the forest and this town” I looked at him
“I don't do much”
He shook his head “because of you we are the get some many business proposals because our crops and the best ones” I rubbed the back of my neck
“You guys are just so nice that I deemed this town worthy”
He rubbed the back of his head “you are also the one that provides us with cures to some diseases and you help us” I smiled well ill take this as a thank you gift” he smiled and bowed before walking back into his store -I wonder whats in the bag- I opened the bag to see all kinds of different breads and fruits
