I go to YN, and she's about to say something, but I gently place my index finger on her lips. Despite the softness of her lips, I need to control myself.
Me: "Sorry, baby, don't mind them or what they're saying."
YN: "Ugh, don't pout. You look like a duck, and I'm not gonna forgive you until you buy me a big teddy bear."
The8: "Fine, my love. I'll buy you a very big teddy bear. Right now, I'm going to Enhypen and your cousin, hmm?"
YN: "Okay, bye, my love." *she kisses my cheeks*
As I turn around to leave, the entire cafeteria is looking at us in awe. Some girls appear jealous, but I don't care. I'm happy that my love forgave me. I return to my table, where Enhypen and TXT tease me.
Jay: "Oh, hyung, you didn't tell me you have a girlfriend."
Ni-ki: "You didn't tell us." *fake pout*
Me: "What are you thinking—"
Before I could finish, the students cheer again for Bangpink. They notice us, come to our table, and sit down.
Me: "So, how are you all?"
Jimin: "Just great, but it's so boring at home. We didn't have any mission."
Jin: "Did you guys notice the new girl? As we entered, all students were screaming like crazy, but Itzy and the girl with them didn't even give a... about us."
Me: "Hyung, are you talking about the girl sitting with Itzy?"
Jin: "Yeah."
The8 and TXT: "Oh, she's my/our girlfriend/cousin."
Maknae line: "Oh, but she's cold as ice."
Me: "Yeah, but aren't you all also?"
Maknae line: "Yeah, you have a point."
