Carla's pov.

"How many of those are you gonna take?" I asked
Since he has been swimming around the pool taking selfies.
"You just know when you see it."
He starts taking pictures of us.
"Ok, come on. Let's go we got to get ready." I say
"Hey, what do you say we ditch this party tonight? We stay in just you and me here alone all weekend?"
He pulls me for a kiss.
"I would love to and besides, you wouldn't want to skip Spencer's party after he helped you with the car, would you?" I say
getting out of the pool.
"How long are we gonna bring that up?"
"It just happened"
"I'm not gonna lie. It's gonna be kind of weird hanging around Spencer right now. Him knowing the truth about me." Ash says
"I know the truth about you. Is it weird hanging around me?" I ask
"Yeah, a little."
"How long are you gonna keep doing this?"
"How long am I gonna lie?"
"Yes cause it's getting kind of annoying," I say
"I don't know, Carla. I didn't mark a "come clean" day in my calendar."
"I don't want to participate in this damn lie. Just come clean"
"Don't worry. I'm not gonna make you lie for me." Ash says
"Ash I need you to figure out who you're gonna be. I love you for you, money or not but hey if we're going to continue our relationship I need you to feel the same way about yourself." I say
"Love you no matter what."
She kisses me.

We made it to Spencer's party at the baker's house we're playing Jenga outside with the guys. Jj had to bring up what happened at Asher's party last weekend.

"So Asher was all "No please no," JJ says mocking ash
"All right. You're exaggerating a bit." Ash says
"It was crazy the car just kept rolling right out into the street," Jj says
"That's because your dumb ass forgot to put the parking brake on," I say
"All right. It doesn't matter. Why are we even talking about this? It's fixed. Move on." Ash says
"Where'd you take it?"
"I know a guy."
"You know a guy who can fix a 1959 Porsche roadster in one day?" Jj asks
"I don't see it"
"One day dude?"
"Hey, money talks, boys I whipped out my dad's black card. Boom. Next day, good as new." Ash says
With that being said I walked away from him.
I went over to some friends who were sitting down playing a game.

"Hey," ash says
"Hey"
"Have we been here long enough?"
"I wasn't timing our attendance," I say
"Well, I'm ready to go."
"Are you sure? I don't know to think everybody at the party's heard about daddy's black cards. I told you I don't want to be part of this damn lie you call life." I say
"Just say it"
"When you lie and I know about it. It makes me complicit in the lie and it's embarrassing to watch." I say
"Sorry that my life embarrasses you," Ash says
"That's not what I said."
"You do what you want," Ash says and he walks away from me.

Asher's pov.

I haven't spoken to Carla in a couple of days she's been ghosting me.
I mean I don't blame her.
I still trying to figure out what's going on in my life. I was at practice and Jordan gave me a hard time.

"We gotta be on the same page if we're gonna beat them. Seriously? Dude. This passive-aggressive crap is getting old." I say to Jordan.
"It's better than the alternative, ok trust me," he says
"Well, what the hell is going on? I haven't done anything to you. Oh, fine. I'm done trying. Hey, don't pass to me, don't talk to me. I don't care it's on you now." I say walking away
"Maybe I'll talk to Carla."
"And say what?"
"That you slept with Oliva. She's my sister how could you take advantage of her?" Jordan says coming at me.
"Look it wasn't like that."
"Really? What was it like?"
"It wasn't like that," I say, and punches me in the face.
"Are you kidding me, dude?" I say pushing him and we start fighting.

After our fight coach baker made us walk back to Beverly so we can talk it out.

"You think he's gonna make us walk back? It's like 10 miles, dude." I say and Jordan just ignores me.
"Will you let me explain?"
"Was she sober?" He asks I just look away.
"Exactly and you knew she was going through a hard time." He says
"We both were."
"Right, star wide receiver living in a mansion dating the most popular girl in school. Sounds rough." Jordan says
"I'm not living in a mansion. We lost the house and we're broke. My dad got laid off last year, and we lost everything. That's why my mom left him that's why she left us." I say coming clean
"Why didn't you just tell me?"
"It's embarrassing, man. I didn't take advantage of your sister. I was depressed get and she was too and it just happened. Once, it was a mistake and I'm sorry." I say
"So you just threw that huge party at someone else's home?"
"Two DJs and destroyed their car too."
"Oh my god."
We laughed it off and coach baker finally picked us up.
"You boys good now," he asks
"Yea were good"
"All right. It's a long walk home works every time. Hop in we got a game to get ready for." Coach baker says
