I made my way into the living room. My eyes going to Tessa immediately. She can't be here for this. I made my way over to her, lifting her onto my hip like I had done many times before in such different circumstances
She began to stir in my arms, causing my heart to quicken. She can't wake up, please Tess don't wake up. Her eyes fluttered open. A smile forming on her face as she looked up to me.
"Y/n! Sidney!" The sound of my name startled me and I quickly placed a finger up to my lips as I tried tell Tess to be quiet. I made my way over to a small hall that connected off of the main living room. I put Tessa down before crouching down to her level.
"Hey Tess. You wanna play hide and seek?" Her eyes lit up as nodded to me "okay, so Stu and billy are going to count and you and I are going to hide".
"Where are they?" Billy's voice boomed from the kitchen
"You see he's already looking for us, so I'm going to need you to be the best hider their has ever been. And don't come out until I come and get you okay" she nodded as I looked over at a small cupboard that held the machers sports equipment "you hide in here okay?" I lifted her placing her into the cupboard before leaning down and giving her a big hug and kiss "Your going to have to be really quiet okay?" She nodded to me and i let out a breath before closing the door
I made my way back towards the living room entrance but pressed my back flush against the wall just at the corner so I wouldn't be seen
"I'm not fucking around Stu! Where are they!"
"I don't know, but I'm hurtin', man" It shouldn't have, but my heart broke at the pain on Stu's voice. I couldn't grasp the fact that he was the one doing this. Did he know Billy's intention was to kill him? Is he that desperate for Billy's approval? The telephone sounded through the house as billy began to shout.
"Bitch! You bitch where the fuck are you two?" It was quiet apart from a chair being pulled out until Billy's voice sounded through the house again "find them, you dipshit. Get up."
"I can't billy. You cut me too deep. I think I'm dying here,man"
wake up Y/n. WAKE UP! I pinched myself, pulled my hair but It was no use. This was happening. Billy was going to kill you. And the only boy you ever really loved is bleeding out in his own kitchen.
Stu's pov
"Talk to her. Talk to her" I raised my head from my arms. My body feeling like it was about to shut down at any moment.
"Hello, Y/n?" I asked down the phone hoping to hear her soothing voice, Telling me it was going to be okay and this nightmare would be over soon.
"Wrong one" my head plopped back down onto my arm "oh, Stu, Stu, Stu, what's your motive? Billy's got one. the police are on their way, what are you gonna tell them"
"Peer pressure. I'm far soo sensitive" the phone was ripped from my hands as a metallic taste resided in my mouth. A hit on the back of my head caught my attention as I looked back to billy "ow. you fucking hit me with the phone, dick!" Billy began trashing everything behind me as I picked up the phone once again
"Did you really call the police?"
"You bet your sorry ass, I did" I began to weep as I thought of the consequences
"My mom and dad are gonna be so mad at me. You think Y/n will forgive me?"
