Louis's face immediately paled after hearing what Lisa said and his head drooped a little.

His head hung low for a few seconds before he looked up once again. "Then... Can Kuma sleep with us tonight please?"

Luca's eyes instantly widened with hopefulness. Both the kids knew that it was pointless to beg Lisa, so they turned to Jennie.

They knew that Lisa would never say no to Jennie!

Just like that, the two adorable boys stared eagerly at her with their puppy eyes, with Kuma by their side who was also staring at her restlessly.

Sadly, although Kuma intended to act cute, it did not have the face to do so anymore. Back when Kuma was still a small puppy, it still looked somewhat dumb, but in an adorable manner. However, now that it had grown up, it could no longer act cute the way it used to anymore.

Many people did not allow their dogs to sleep with their children because of the mentality that dogs carried germs and bacteria that would infect the children. As a result, most people felt that it was an unhygienic and dangerous thing to do.

Jennie had always scoffed at the idea of this. It had already been scientifically proven that allowing one's dogs to sleep with one's child would not only not infect the child, but rather, was beneficial for the child's growth.

Therefore, ever since she had first gotten Kuma, she had decided that when she had kids in the future, she would never send Kuma away.

Jennie could not stand the two boys' puppy eyes whereas Lisa was unable to resist Jennie's.

She did not even need to try much either, just a mere glance at him was enough to do the trick.

Lisa straightaway nodded his head. "Alright, you can all sleep together."

"Yay!" Louis began to jump up and down on the sofa enthusiastically. He did a little happy dance before turning toward Luca and saying, "See, what did I tell you? My big nephew always listens to big niece-in-law!"

Was he really that obedient? Even the rascals noticed it!

Luca sneaked a peek at Lisa and nodded in agreement, making Lisa even more aggravated.

He was not even married yet and he was already such an obedient husband!

Then, he noticed Luca's delicate small face began to turn red as he lowered his head and muttered shyly, "Hey, I listen to Jennie too!"

Lisa, "..."

"Hurry up and go get ready to sleep!" Lisa grabbed them by their shirt collars and dragged them out of the room.

Kuma dared not stay in Lisa's territory much longer either. Although it had initially snuck into the bedroom when Lisa was not around to pee in the corner of the room to mark its territory, it did not dare push its luck when Lisa came back. Rather, it acted normal as if nothing had happened.

With that, Lisa brought the three of them to the guest room and ordered them to change and get ready for bed.

Jennie wanted to go over and help out too, but she was immediately stopped by Lisa. "Let them settle down themselves or you'll just spoil them."
