SOOBIN POV

It's been three months to those happenings. I never saw Yewon nor Y/N since then. To be honest , it's so lonely around here. It's Sunday so there's no office. To kill time , I decided to do cleaning since there's no one to do that. I decided to start it from my own room. I got off the bed and opened my closet. I wandered my eyes here and there thinking what to clean first. Suddenly my eyes fall to an unfamiliar thing sticked on the back of the closet. I detached it and straightened the paper.

It's a note.

Dear Soobin ,

By the time you'll be reading this , I'll be gone. You must be happy , right ? Afterall you don't have to bear my pathetic self. I don't know why I'm saying this , but yeah , thankyou. Thankyou for those harsh moments. Maybe that only made me strong enough to take such a step.

I signed the divorce papers as you wished. You're free now. I'm free now. This shouldn't have happened but I did develop feelings for you but it's of no use now. Just forget it. Hope you live a good life ahead with Yewon. I'm so sorry to hear about her miscarriage. Be her strength.

Let's hope not to see each other again in this life.

I folded the paper and closed my eyes. This isn't helping. I hastily stood up and grabbed the car keys from the night stand.

I need to look for Y/N.

Y/N POV

Y/N : mom , what do you mean by me being the CEO of Park Enterprises ?

Mom : since your dad passed away , there's no one to handle the company.

Y/N : but I'm not that much familiar with such stuff.

Doyoung : you can be the CEO and I'll be your secretary. What do you say ?

Y/N : shut up.

Doyoung pouted.

Mom : Y/N please.

Y/N : no mom.

Mom : I'll make doyoung the CEO then.

Doyoung : no , not me.

Mom , I and Doyoung argued for half an hour and came to the decision of me handling the company forward.

These past months , doyoung got well along with mom. Now mom basically prefers doyoung over me. She even went to the mall few days before with him. Mom got to know about my divorce and she respected my decision. I still didn't tell her about how he treated me. Doyoung tried telling her but I never let him.

Mom knows that I'm pregnant and she supports me in keeping the baby. Doyoung promised to take care of us. Talking about Soobin , I never saw him in these months. He must be living his life in peace with his love , Yewon.

Good for him.

I am happy with whatever I have with me in the present. I live with my own small family now.
