She sighed in relief as she saw him breathing normally while lying on his hospital bed. She sat beside him as she held his hands, stroking them gently. 

She really loves her boyfriend, which made me break my heart by watching how her eyes were filled with tears. 

The way she said those sweet words to her boyfriend while he was sleeping, the jealousy was slowly killing me inside, tearing them apart. 

The aches in my heart were made of glass, slowly cracking them. 

I was holding it because I had no right to feel this fucking stupid jealousy. 

I knew I couldn't win her heart with just a glance at them.

Na makita mo yung pinaka matalik mong kaibigan na naghihingalo na ang kanyang buhay.

Napaka sakit para sakin na makita ko din ang taong mahal ko na umiiyak sa harapan ko.

"Park Sunghoon, gumising ka na please..." She whispered as she stroked Sunghoon's head while sobbing hardly

A tear fell on Sunghoon's face, making him open his eyes slowly, adjusting the vision until he saw his girlfriend was currently crying beside him.

His lips curved into a smile. He placed his palms on her right face, causing Rikka to gasp as she saw her boyfriend had already awakened.
