As a Dispatch tradition, they expose a famous Korean couple on January 1. This time it was aespa's Flor and actor Yoon Chan Young.
A little backstory, Yoon and Choi met each other back in 2014 when filming for 'Mama' and have been friends every since. Flor posted selfies with Chan Young on her Instagram sometimes. The two acted together again as love intrests in the movie 'The Fault Is Not Yours'.
Rumours started to appear when people saw the chemistry the couple had behind the scenes, finally Dispatch exposed them in January 1, 2021.

On January 1, Dispatch reveales their first couple of 2021 and many did not expect this. It is about Aespa's Flor and actor Yoon Chan Young.
According to the publication, the two began dating during filming 'The Fault Is Not Yours' in 2019, they both were the main leads and love intrests. The couple were already known to be good friends as they both met in 2014 when filming 'Mama'. Dispatch also released photos of their date in 2020.

Many fans aren't pleased with this sudden news as aespa debuted only last November and this could ruin their repuation, many also say that because Su Mi has been in this industry for so long, she should of known better and to be careful. However many also say that Dispatch should of kept this private as the couple are both still young, Chan Young, 19 internationally and 21 in Korea, Su Mi, 18 internationally and 20 in Korea.
Fans took to social media to say their opinions: "As long as the couple does no harm, I don't care." "Congrats to the youngsters!" "Honestly never heard of this kid before Flor's relationship got exposed." "Flor still mine doe right lmao" "We as fans need to stop having this illusion that we will date our idols because quite frankly we never will. Fans are supposed to be supportive and accept the idol's personal life, what Dispatch did was not surprising but still wrong, whoever acts cruel towards Chanyoung or Sumi aren't real fans."
