Hawks! A stern voice shouted HAWKS! it said again as I shot up from my desk, it was endeavor. He was standing there with his normal glare on his face looking pissed off at every little thing, yeah I said half-awake. "listen" he replies; I don't care what's going on or what happened, but your work effort is lacking and honestly it's disappointing for someone who wants to be a good hero. Honestly, if you would just pay more attention to what's happening Mabey you would be a lot happier. "Start training your children or something" he suggests "if you want them to be the best you have to start pus-" I cut him off by shoving him backward "don't you FUCKING DARE!, BRING MY CHILDREN INTO THIS BULLSHIT ENDEAVOR!" I shout at him, seeing him step backward almost appalled at what was just said. "What I do, with my children is none of your concern. They are not ready to go down that path. I will only! And I mean only, start training them with support and HEALTHY training schedules when they say they even want to be a hero" I reply angrily "until then. Do not tell me how to make my children" I snap at him and storm out of the office we were in. And decide to go off and patrol, when I hear a familiar voice say "no man he is my dad bro! Like I kid you not" it sounded like...k-z?! Oh yeah, I mutter to myself. I forgot they had a field trip today, wanting to be there for my kid I turn the corner and say "K-Z kiddo, which one of these little ones don't believe I'm your dad" I say with a happy grin "DADDY!" he shouts as he rushes over to hug me. The other 4th graders were stunned at the sight of me standing there beside them as to think they were in trouble I chuckle and set my child down nodding at the teacher who giggled a bit and proceeded on my way.
After a little while of patrolling I decided to return home. The time was 12:34 in the afternoon. When I get a message. The committee says the league has attacked the middle school and that all students will return home immediately. When my son Michael busted through the front door into my arms "DAD" he shouted. As he seemed terrified. Hey, kiddo it's alright. Your safe now. I wisper consoling my son who's life was just in danger as he fell asleep I brought him into his room making sure he's safe when he falls asleep. That's when I shut the door and sigh heavily thankful that my kids are safe.
