11pm

you laughed as he stirred the melting chocolate by the stove

he had washed strawberries waiting at the side, and you probably know what he is doing by now

" you didn't put dark chocolate right? " you walked towards him

he shook his head and pulled you closer

it was an annual thing that he did for you, every 13th february night he would make chocolate covered strawberries and you both would eat them and watch movies till the next day

you went to get a cup of warm water and you shared the water with him

you backhugged him and rested your cold hands on his abs, feeling them warm up quickly

" should we watch that new zombie film? " he asks

" sure " you yawned

he gasped at you..

" thats your first yawn of the night " he says

" i won't sleep " you say softly

he squinted his eyes at you and nodded along

he grabbed the first strawberry and dipped it into the chocolate

" wwoooooaahh " you peek under his arm

he smiled at you and kissed the top of your head

he continues with his strawberries and finished up quickly

you were already asleep ontop of him..

he removed the strawberry bowl and laid down fully on the couch

he lowered the zombie movie volume and you snuggled in more

he plays some songs on the smart tv and scrolled through his phone

" happy valentines day " he whispered to you

you woke up to small whispers and heard him talking to you

you gasped and sat up, totally forgetting about the time

" shh " he pulled you back into his embrace

" i forgot i'm sorry " you tell him

he smiled at you and kissed your cheek

you smiled at him and kissed his cheek repeatedly

" happy birthday babe " you kiss him

he smiled and hugged you tight

" you wanna go to bed? " he asks

" do you? i can stay up " you say

" nah you're tired, and i'm a little tired too " he smiles

you sat up and he sat up aswell

you both held hands as he turned off the tv and place the strawberry bowl into the fridge

you just tagged along while holding his hand, spending v-day with him in pajamas
