Karan slowly enters Teja's room. Her pale and blank face made his heart wrench. Teja sees him entering and they share a painful eyelook
Karan comes near her and places his head on her lap. Teja caress his hair
Karan(in a heavy voice): I need this for all my life
Teja(smiling sadly): me too, you know maine socha tha that humari shaadi hogi, phir bacche and we will grow old together. Par humari har khawaish puri ho yeh zaroori to nahi
Karan closes his eyes painfully
Teja: apna dhyaan rakhna
Karan gets up and cups her face
Karan: oyye tujhe kuch nahi hone vala, aaya samajh mai, I will not be able to live without u, aur mera dhyaan sirf tu hi rakhegi
Teja removes his hand from her face and kisses them
Teja(calmly and controlling her tears): Tu denial mode mai nahi jaa sakta Sunny. U have to be strong. Sach accept karle and try to move on in life
Karan: laddoo....
Teja: no let me speak, mere jaane ke baad pls move on in life. Apne liye, uncle aunty ke liye aur apni puri family ke liye. Aur meri condition ke liye bilkul bhi apne aap ko blame mat kariyo
Though Karan tried really hard to not to cry in front of her, but he couldn't hold it now. She was in her deathbed, but still consoling him. Tears came out of his eyes
Karan(crying): nahi ji paaonga yaar tera bina
Teja(wiping his tears): samay sab sikha deta hai
Teja: I want to confess something to you today. Aaj agar nahi bol paayi to kabhi nahi bol paongi
Karan: Teju...
Teja: No let me speak today pls, I know I am not very good with words par still I want to tell u ki jo mai tere saath feel karti hu na vo maine aaj tak kisi ke saath feel nahi kiya. Tere saath zyada zindagi to nahi bita paayi par jitni batayi vo puri zindagi ban gayi. U make me feel complete. Tu jab saath hota hai na to its like we can face any problem. I love you
Tears escaped from her eyes
Karan: I love you too
He hugged Teja tightly
They both were crying. Teja breaks the hug
Teja: sun....
Karan: nahi pls aaj tu kuch mat bol
Teja: pls mujhe bolne de. Dekh apna dhyaan rakhna aur uncle aunty ka bhi. And pls move on in life. Mere liye pls apni life kharab mat kariyo. Aur haan khamba peekar twitter se dur rahiyo nahi to sach mai toofan aa jayenge
Last line made Karan chuckle while crying. Even Teja was laughing and crying
Teja: bas ek baat dhyaan rakhiyo ki kisi aur ko galti se bhi laddoo ya anda mat bulaiyo nahi to bhoot bankar na tujhe roz tang karungi. Vaise bhi in dono naamo par mera copyright hai. And to be honest tujhe aisi laddoo jaisi shakal vali na koi milegi bhi nahi kyuki bhagwaan ne ek hi piece banaya hai aur vo hu mai
She was trying to make Karan laugh and trying to control herself from bursting out. They both were crying and laughing at the same time
Karan: yeh to sahi hai teri jaisi laddoo jaisi shakal to mujhe kahi nahi milegi
Teja: dekh ab tujhe finally is leech se na chutkara mil jayega. Mai tera khoon nahi paaongi
He knew she was trying to make him laugh. Even in a such a situation, she is thinking about him. He hugged her tightly. They both held on to each other. This gave them peace and sukoon. They wanted 'this' forever
After a few minutes, Teja slowly breaks the hug. She looks deeply in his eyes. This sends shivers down his spine
Teja(gazing him intently and deeply): mujhe ek aakhri baar apna ehsaas karwa de Sunny
Karan looks at her intently. He slowly goes close to her. He first kisses her hair and then her forehead. Then, he softly and gently kisses her ear lobes. Then he soflty places kisses on both her cheeks. After this he kisses her on nose. Then he moves towards her neck and kisses her gently there. Then he slowly moves towards her lip and slowly, softly and gently kisses her. Teja kissed him back with the same emotion. This kiss was an emotional and soft kiss. All the kisses Karan gave, wasn't lust but it was pure love, raw love. They both felt peace. They needed this for life, but knew that maybe they won't get it. Teja could feel Karan
After breaking the kiss, they again hugged each other, and held on to each other for a long time as if this was the last time, which can be literally possible
Teja: I love u my little
Karan: I love you too laddoo
The nurse comes inside the room and informs them that it's time for the surgery and asks Karan to leave, but Teja stops him
Teja(to nurse): aap mujhe anesthesia dekar behosh yahi par karenge naa and phir u will shift me to operation theater, right?
Nurse: ji haan
Teja: to pls aap Karan ko yahi rehne dijiye tabtak, as I don't know if I will survive not, mujhe atleast aakhe band karne se pehle last usi ka chehra dikhega
Nurse agreed
Karan heart ached listening all this. He was overwhelmed as to how much she loved him. He didn't want to lose her. He was feeling as if his breath was going away with her
He held Teja's hand while the nurse injected her with anesthesia. He saw her squirm a little with pain due to sharp pain of injection. He just couldn't see her like that. Slowly, the effect of medicine was taking over her
Teja(thinking before closing her eyes): If something happens to me, atleast ek last baar mai apni family se mil li, and I am going away looking at the person I love the most for the last time. Kai logo to yeh bhi naseeb nahi hota. I am really lucky
Slowly, she closes her eyes seeing her Sunny
Karan(thinking): I am sure tu zaroor theek ho jayegi and mere paas vapis aayegi
Though, fear on his face was clearly visible seeing her closed eyes and pale face
He kissed her hand and she was taken away for the surgery
He goes to the Ganesh's ji idol in the hospital and joins his hand to pray. He closes his eyes
Karan: bappa pls teja to bilkul theek kardijiye. Usse aap par bohot bahrosa hai. Chaaye uske saath accha hua ho yaa bura vo humesha aapka hi naam leti hai. Vo humesha aapko yaad karti hai. Pls let her be ok
After 2 hours, the light of operation theater turns off. Karan's heart began beating very fast. The doctor comes out, everyone gathers around him to know the outcome
