Burning in Revenge

I didn't Lie

Aishwarya's POV 

"I hope you left few items for other customers" Vicky said looking at my bags

"I didn't buy much" I said 

He raised his eyebrows gazing my bags. I do lot of shopping when I'm stressed, he knows that. This time I didn't even buy much.

"Hi Mahesh, mom invited you for dinner" Vicky said 

"I will come some other time, congratulations. I'm so happy for you both" he said hugging Vicky

"Mom insisted, please come" Vicky said

"Aunty has been asking me to bring you, come Mahesh" I said

He nodded 

"Are you tracking me?" I asked 

Vicky laughed

"I don't need a tracker to find where and what my wife would be doing. I know you better. You wanted to talk to someone, Mahesh is the person you would talk to. You would go shopping when you are stressed" he said 

Of course he knew me well

We reached home. I have been living in this home for more than two months. I always feel at home. Today I feel different, don't even understand how I feel. 

As soon as I entered aunty came and hugged me

Mahesh's POV 

"You know how worried I was! You scared me Aishu. Didn't tell me, just messaged that you are going out. Didn't take my calls" aunty scolded lightly. I see how much she loves Aishu

"Sorry aunty, i thought you would be sleeping so I messaged. My phone was in silent mode" she said like kid

"Don't give silly excuse Aishu. Even if I'm sleeping, you know uncle would be awake. You didn't even tell him. Now that you are my daughter in law, maybe I should act strict typical old movie mother in law type" she said seriously but it was funny

Aishu laughed aloud, Aunty too laughed, everyone joined. 

Vikram introduced me to his parents 

"So good to finally see you young man, we heard so much about you from Aishu" uncle said 

"I'm happy to meet you both. Aishu speaks very proud of you both. Thank you so much for the food aunty, very sweet of you to send everyday" I thanked aunty. She sends extra box for us which is more than enough for all of us.

"I'm happy that you liked my food. Let's have dinner" aunty lead us to dining room

We had dinner. They didn't talk much during dinner but I could see their love and bonding through small gestures.

After sometime uncle got call and he went out. Aishu gave medicines to aunty and took her to bed. Vikram looked very happy, I can understand

"I'm really happy for you both. I was worried. So finally she told you about baby" I said 

"I came to know two days back through her talk with Varna" he said sadly describing Sushanth's incident and how broken she was. I felt bad that I wasn't there for her when she needed

"Actually she didn't tell about pregnancy, my phone did" he laughed 

"What" I asked curiously 

He said how Aishu screamed in pain and said about round ligament pain and he asked about. 

I couldn't help laughing. 

Aishu came after sometime 

"I hate Mondays and I have night duty tomorrow" she said sadly
