Session 1:

(Tut)

Be creative to keep the players on track, make obstacles and conversations avert their wild ideas from going off track. They will be given options onto where to go and what to do.  These options are colorcoded or bolded or otherwise follow the first few words.

——————————————————————————————————-

You live in a small elven village named Arkala. It is nestled in the great Elven district of our world. You have always grown up in a fine place, with city that shine like silver and comfy homes to nestle your lovely heads on. Even your small village is a well off place. For elves are known for their attention to detail and skills at making fine stuff.

-Now I do not know your specific background and life before now. So maybe you could enlighten me?

-Sharing time

—Where are you from? Have you always lived here?

—Any family?

—How did you become a ______?

—Any friends?

"Your First Day"

It is a relatively hot day in the village. It's the midst of summer and around this time the weather gets pretty toasty; but since you all lived here (or at least in the elven area) the heat doesn't surprise you or bother you very much. The sun is shining and the sky is clear. The elders and parents are sitting out on their porches in chair, watching their children play in the fountains.

-What are you doing?

-Are you out with the kids?

-Are you enjoying the weather?

-Are you inside with using an intense amount of ice magic to stay cool?

-Are you people watching?

You are enjoying your time doing whatever. When suddenly a man comes running up to the village. Fear is stricken in his eyes as he relays to the town, "You! You all need to get out of here!"

-Possible questions such as, "Why?"

"They are coming! The men, they raided my village. They tore through the town, burned down the buildings! They are monsters! They destroyed my home and family and so I plead get out while you still can!"

They either leave or fight.

Leave: You gather all your things and friends and head on off, down the mountain path. Your village gets a while away, sadly your houses are still in sight in the distance. It's going to take awhile though this mountain path.

-They may try to go a different way, but it doesn't matter. But, before you can go any farther you are ambushed! You town mates, mostly consisting of elders and mothers and children that don't know how to fight.

Hopefully they protect the children and others as they fight. I might have to tell them they have weapons. (Skip to creatures)

Stay: They protect the children and others or send them off while they stay back and fight. Either way keep them all in the village. Spring attack GOBLINS!

-The ranged goblins while either be hiding in the cliff tops of the mountains or on the rooftops of the town, depending on where they went. Use the hide roll for when they appear, and use the move silently for when they move. If they biff it they show up on the map and to the players. If the players ask you can choose to tell them or not.

-Tip: If the swarm is overwhelming let natural disasters and other things destroy some of the goblins.-

In the midst of battle they see their village being burned down by other creatures. A man with a spear in hand appears before them as they stare in wonder.

-He tells you while holding out his spear to block your path, "Hello, children. Where are you going? The party hasn't even started yet."

--Wait for any comments.

-"Now, now don't you worry it will only be a world of fun." He grabs you all and pulls you in as you suddenly feel a rush of wind. As you look around the ground has disappeared from under your feet and the sky has melted away into a spinny wonder as you are being teleported to another world.

You reappear in a different world with no man with a spear insight.
