Chapter 3:GUSU LAN SECT

"Ah-Xian!hurry up we're going now!"Jiang Cheng shouted as they were on the boat ready to go to GUSU for class

"I'm here I'm here!"Wei Ying shouted as he hoped to the boat and Jiang Cheng just rolled his eyes at him

"What took you so long?"Jiang Cheng asked

"Ah-cheng he's here now stop asking him some questions"Jiang Yanli said

"I just forgot something to my room"Wei Ying lied

When he was on his way to the boat he talked to his parents first about going to Gusu

"A-die,Baba I'll be going to Gusu may you guide me always"Wei Ying whispered

"Wish you all the Heavenly Blessings,May all taboos shattered"Xie Lian said making Wei Ying smiled and soon went to the Jiang Siblings

"Oh no,where's the invitation?"Jiang Cheng asked

"You lost it?"Wei Ying asked

"I don't know"Jiang Cheng replied and Jiang Yanli steppe forward to the Lan disciples

"We may have lost our invitation and have no somewhere else to stay,can we enter?"Jiang Yanli asked nicely

"Jiang-guniang,no invitation no entry"The disciple said as he bowed to them as a gesture of "Pardon"

Jiang Yanli turned to look at his brother and soon looked behind them as a handsome white robed man was walking towards them

They all bowed to him and greeted "You must be the Second Childe Lan,greetings"Jiang Cheng said
"We're from Jiang Sect,I am the heir Jiang Wanyin this is my older sister,Jiang Yanli and this is our brother and the head disciple Wei Wuxian"Jiang Cheng said as the three bowed to the white robed man and he did the same

"It's a pleasure to meet you,I'm Lan Wangji"Lan Wangji said and turned to look at the red mixed purple robed man who seems familiar

"Second Childe Lan,we lost our invitation and we don't know if we can stay somewhere here,can you please let us enter and explain to the sect leader the situation?"Wei Wuxian asked and Lan Wangji looked at him with blank face

"No invitation,no entry"Lan Wangji replied and Wei Wuxian frowned

"But..."he was about to reply but then three disciple from behind was carrying a body that seems lifeless "this is?..."he asked and Lan Wangji looked at him before walking away

"He was found near Gusu and already dead"Lan Wangji explained

"Who did this?a ghost?"Wei Wuxian asked and moved his hand above the corpse's body and everyone looked at him weirdly and the Jiang Siblings looked at each other with confused face "it's a fierce corpse that was being controlled by resentful energy"He said and everyone looked even more confused

"How did you know?"Lan Zhan asked

"I just felt some resentful energy at his body"Wei Ying said

"No one could feel it yet you felt it"Lan Zhan said with a confused tone and Wei Wuxian looked at them with an awkward laugh

"Ah haha I just felt it and not sure"Wei Wuxian said awkwardly and Lan Zhan was about t walk away "ah!Lan Er Gongzi!can we enter!?"he asked but Lan Wangji ignored him and kept walking up
"Lan Er..."He couldn't finish his words as his mouth was shut and his voice were gone,he turned to look at his shidi and hit him

"Wah?what happened to you?!say something"Jiang Cheng said and Jiang Yanli held his brother worriedly

"Ah-xian what's wrong?!"she asked and Wei Wuxian gestured his hands towards his throat

"What happened to him?why can't my brother speak!!"Jiang Cheng exclaimed

"Lan Er Gongzi might've put a silencing speel at your brother Jiang Gongzi but don't worry it will be gone in an hour"The Lan disciple explained

"An hour!my brother can't be quiet for an hour he's such a nuisance that kept talking!"Jiang Cheng said and Wei Wuxian smacked his head as he glared at his shidi

"Alright alright,that's enough both of you,we'll just find some place to stay for the night"Jiang Yanli said as all of the Yunmeng disciples followed them

While walking they found a cave that can be stayed for the night and the disciples gave the three Jiang Siblings a comfortable place to sit on

"It's really weird that you're so quiet Ah-xian"Jiang Cheng teased and Wei Wuxian took a tiny rock and throw it at Jiang Cheng's head "you!"Jiang Cheng exclaimed as he jolted when the rock hit his head

"You two enough now and eat"Jiang Yanli said and gave them a soup along with the disc s who were thankful that their Guniang is such a kind and knows how to cook well

While eating their dinner a people from Gusu Lan approached them "Jiang Gogzi we were just looking for all of you"The disciple said as they bowed to the three and the three stood up

"What seems the problem?"Wei Wuxian asked and turned to look at his siblings with a happy face "jie!my voice is back!"he said and Jiang Cheng rolled his eyes at him while Yanli just chuckled at his childish behaviour

"Sect Leader Lan told us to let you all enter Gusu Lan Sect"the disciple said

"Then...lead the way"Jiang Cheng said as they started picking up their things and followed the Lan disciples

Entering the Gusu Lan Sect everyone was in their houses as it is already night,the disciples lead the three to the main hall while the disciples we taken to their rooms

"Sect Leader Lan,Grandmaster Lan,this heir of Jiang Sect,Jiang Wanyin greets you"Jiang Cheng said as the three bowed at Lan Xichen and Lan Qiren

"Welcome to Gusu,we're sorry for the disciples that didn't let you enter earlier"Lan Xichen said and Lan Qiren just kept quiet while observing the red mixed purple robed man with a suspicious look as he caressed his beard

"Who is this man behind you?"Lan Qiren asked and Jiang Cheng turned to look at his brother Wei Wuxian

"This is our brother and the head disciple of Yunmeng Jiang Sect,Wei Wuxian"Jiang Cheng introduced

"Brother?I thought Jiang Fengmian only have two children?"Qiren asked

"He started living with us when he was 11 years old and my parents treated him as their son and so do we treated him as our brother"Jiang Yanli replied

"Who's your parents Young Man?"Lan Qiren asked as Wei Wuxian looked at him awkwardly as he don't knkw what to say

"My parents are just normal people that isn't so well-known Grandmaster Lan"Wei Wuxian said

"Where are they?"Lan Qiren asked making Wei Wuxian have teary eyes but calmed down

"That's enough Uncle,you can rest now and class starts early tomorrow,the disciples will lead you to your rooms"Lan Xichen said as he noticed the Jiang's worried gaze at their brother

"Then....we'll be going now"Jiang Cheng said as the three bowed to them and walked away as Jiang Yanli held Wei Wuxian's hand for comfort while Wei Wuxian just smiled at her
