It has been a couple of years passed by since Shallot went to train with bears the God of destruction.
Shallot train with Whis was able to help him unlock some of the few transformations.
Shallot was able to unlock Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3.
Whis: oh my it certainly seems that you are a quick learner..
