Jin Hartland was a Conmmand & conquer Red Alerts and both Generals fan and his favorite anime is Code Geass but on the day he was playing Red Alert 3 at the sametime Generals Zero Hour and it was near victory but his PC was bowled up right on his face but Fate has plans for him he was reincarnated in Code Geass with the Command & Conquer System that connects the tier systems form RA 3 and Zero Hour technology and his starter pack was a big undetected island and with him is a Allied MCV with his money is infinity(A/N:I know that he can buy alot of gears he need for his forces) and he can summon the Generals from the game

Weather_Machine
It could manipulate the weather patterns to create a powerful lightning storm. The lightning bolts could destroy heavily armoured structures. Interestingly enough, the more surface area that a building occupied, the more likely that it would be destroyed. Therefore, structures such as war factories, although significantly armored, could be easily destroyed. However, structures such as , though they had low health, were much more likely to survive the storm, owing to their small surface area. The Weather Control Device also disables all allied and enemy radar for the full duration of the storm.

It is a large, artillery-like weapon that, when activated, fires bolts of energy at the target area. Five such bolts are fired at one time, and upon impact, they cause a molecule-melting chain reaction, making the Proton Collider an extremely effective weapon against densely packed enemy structures and units.

The cannon is a large building that fires a sustained particle beam up to an orbital mirror that reflects the beam back down onto enemy positions. The mirror can be remote-controlled by the commander to slowly move the beam, hitting more than one target.
