Jennie never told us exactly what she eats. We know that she practices a lot, drinks detox juices and eats avocado salads. I am starting off with this diet bcs it's a little bit easier than the other ones (in my personal opinion). In her diet the interesting thing is no salt rule, which helps her not to swell. She also exercises a lot and is very sporty.

Diet based on Jennie's eating routine:
Breakfast- poridge/oatmeal meals
Lunch- avocado salad
Dinner- detox juice
I am actually doing this to motivate myself so wish me good luck. I am starting off tommorow

My height: 171cm/5'6feet
My weight: 59kg (i gained on weight a lot lately cause i am a stress eater)
