"Knock it off."
Everyone was surprised, "Knock it off? I'm not doing anything!" Oliver was quick to get upset, raising his voice.
"Yes, you are."
"No, I'm not! I'm just sitting here." He released the blanket in his grip, 'His voice wavered. What is his problem?'
"Don't you raise your voice with me, mister! I saw you glare at Bonnie and Kay, what is your problem?" This caught everyone off guard, 'Is it him?' Bonnie got up with her blanket and pillow and moved to the other side of me, she seemed nervous.
"I got in a fight before we came here ok? I'm not in a very good mood. That's all." He rolled his eyes and glared at all of us individually, then back to me. "I'm going to bed."
"Ok, maybe you'll be in a better mood in the morning," Bonnie said before I could reply.
"Fine." I glared at him as he got up with his stuff and walked to a farther spot.

All three of them watched Oliver lay down on the other side of the room. Kay lightly tightened his hold around Maisy's waist while he was glaring at Oliver. Maisy stared up at Kay who was mumbling something. "Hey? You okay?" She whispered. Kay only hummed, then glanced at Maisy.
"Oh, yeah I'm fine." He whispered back, loosening his grip but keeping her close.
"Penny for your thoughts?"
"It's just..." He glanced back over to Oliver then back at Maisy, "Something seems off about him..." Kay frowned, letting go of Maisy.
"Hey, you ok?" Maisy asked concerned.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
"Ok..." Kay laid his head on the wall behind him, resting his eyes. Maisy slid back closer to the wall, closer to Kay. She laid back against the wall as well leaning on his shoulder. Kay glanced at Maisy, then at Bonnie. Bonnie noticed him looking at her and gave him a sad smile but nodded. 'Sorry.' He mouthed to her, she chuckled 'It's ok, I understand.' she mouthed back. Bonnie picked up her stuff and found a spot at a comfortable distance from everyone.
Soft snores from the two girls fill the room, Kay pulls Maisy closer to him reaching his arm around her for more comfort.

Minutes, 'Why get comfortable? You're not going to stay.' then hours, 'She's just pitting you.' almost felt like days, 'She will never love you.' I was used to this feeling, 'You aren't good enough for her.' staying up all night, getting no sleep. Everyone else is asleep, they look so peaceful.
I can hear some shuffling from Oliver's direction, but ignore it, he's probably just getting comfortable. I close my eyes again, but something feels wrong. Before I could open my eyes I heard more shuffling and a dark chuckle from Oliver's direction again, so I snapped my eyes to his shadow hunched figure. Something is wrong.

Blinking in the view, everything was blurry and dark. Kay kept poking and tapping Maisy lightly but he still woke her up. Locking eyes with him she was about to speak before he put his hand to her mouth and a finger to his lips. Puzzled, she nods but is still confused. He takes his hand off her mouth and points over the direction Oliver went after she blew up at him.
Her gaze followed the direction of his finger, glancing back at him a few times over as well. Sitting there was Oliver, shadowed in the dim light hunched over something chuckling. With some shuffling he gets up lightly, stepping out of his blankets, straightening his shirt and sticking his hand in his pockets before pulling something out. A glint of light let her know it was metallic and her eyes widened, 'Is it him?' Clenching her eyes and hands, she frantically tried to think of something to do but she just came up with dead ends and ideas she knows won't work on him.
Soon the sounds of footsteps started and the humming of an old song from her childhood.
"Open your eyes May May, why don't we play cat and mouse like when we were young?" He snickered, clink and he raised his arm. Maisy's eyes snapped open to stare at him with disbelief and hurt, as he started swinging his arm downwards shuffling and loud stomps before either of them noticed Bonnie running full speed at her brother before jumping on him without second thought. Kay tightened his arm around her and rolled over her effectively barrel rolling them out of Oliver's distracted reach.
Carefully leaning towards her ear Kay whispered "Go." Before retracting his arm completely, getting up, and running at Oliver to join Bonnie. With that Maisy scrambled to her feet, running to the door while trying not to trip on the blankets and pillows in the low-lit room.
Running without stopping she slams her fist on the button immediately the lights brighten all the way. Whipping her head around Maisy's eyes landed on Bonnie sitting on the floor coughing up blood before turning her eyes to the scene now before her.

So I finally figured something out for this chapter of Tests, however, I'm super tired and might not make too much sense.
