Heuristic Graphic Portfolio [Closed]

There are basically a few things you have to look into before scrolling down to fill the form, and it's very important, so I recommend you read the following sections carefully.

✶Only Cover Artists can get featured!
You can only fill out a form and get the chance of being featured if you alone are the artist of the cover you wish to submit for analysis.
Submissions by authors whose covers were made by other artists will not be accepted unless you have their permission to share their artwork with me. This is to prevent any possible copyright infringement issues from happening.

Also note, that submitting a form by any means does not guarantee that I will definitely accept and feature your design.

✶ Covers with mature or explicit content cannot be featured!
I would like to keep this portfolio free of mature and restricted content, so I apologize, I won't be featuring covers that fall under the Mature or Erotica categories. 

✶You are required to give this Graphic Portfolio a shoutout!
The least you can do to support me is by giving my profile or Graphic Shop a shoutout since I do this not for my enjoyment but for a purpose of appreciating designs and the designers, and making writers aware of how integral a Cover design is for a story. 

Follows are appreciated, but not mandated. I'd rather have genuine people following me than me forcing them to follow my profile if it may be against their will.

✶ You must be willing to share your Cover with me!
I cannot get you featured if I don't have the design for me to upload here. And I do not ask for the original cover also. 
A mockup or a clear preview version of the design will be sufficient. 
I, also being a designer am well aware of sharing your creative works that can be very personal to me. So, to keep both sides even, only a preview version or a mockup where the whole cover can be visible for analysis would be good to go. 

Please follow the form appropriately and fill in all necessary details.
