This was my first take on a Sci-Fi cover in a long time, and it took me a whole week to finalize the design concept. The requestor wanted me to create a text-based design, and I was sure creating text-based covers for a Sci-Fi genre was tricky but I gave it a go.

Her story is one where it's a dystopian world with a massive conflict between humankind and an alien race (definitely not Halo!) and I had to go through a mountain of Sci-Fi cover inspirations to think of a design.

I had so much fun and loved making this cover to the end. I hope both authors love it as much as I loved making it!!
