November 23rd, 2009 - Monday
"No Jeremy." Vicki snaps as she yanks her arm out of Jeremy's grip in the hallway of the high school. "Just leave me alone."
Hopefully meeting with Mason will help them somehow. But this is the third time she's been through this day and somehow, somehow he always seems to find her.
"Vicki don't, okay?" Jeremy pleads angrily as he grips her arm tightly again and yanks her back towards himself.
When he has her flush against him and she try's to pull away again he wraps his arm around her waist tightly. She glances around the hallway frantically and nearly lets out a whimper of fear when she notices that everyone else has already made it to their next class.
"Let me go Jeremy. Just leave me alone." Vicki whispers as her eyes glance around for a way out.
"No." He snarls lowly as his grip on her waist tightens bruisingly and he grabs her face in between his fingers to make her up look at him. She sees how his eyes begin to dilate. "We are together, okay Vicki? I'm better then Tyler Lockwood or anyone else. You make me - I love you, you know that. And you love me too."
Yanking her face from his fingers she looks away in anger and then she looks back at him after she fights down her newfound fear of him and snaps. "No, you don't love me Jeremy and I don't love you."
The look on his face becomes murderous and again, for the third run through of this fucking day she expects to die again. In a second he has her slammed against one of the lockers in the hallway and she feels her breath leave her lungs for a moment because of the impact. Letting out a groan of pain she yanks her hands off of his sweater that she unconsciously used to brace herself. She doesn't want to be near him or receive his help. Then his hand is yanking her face up and his mouth is attacking hers in a painful bruising kiss. She lets out a muffled scream and Vicki does her best to push him away.
It was the first time that she felt a spark of magic inside of herself, flashing across her skin like lightening as he is sent flying away from her person. When he's thrown across the hallway she runs as fast as she can. She knows that he will be following her. Not long after she can hear him behind her. Taking his time as if to play with her.
When she's almost at the door of the school she fells his teeth puncture her neck and again she dies.

Again she's at school, her last try to get through the day before she will just decide to skip it. Matt has noticed how uncomfortable she is and how close she's been sticking to them, as if the moment she walks away or strays from them then she won't survive.
"What's wrong Vicki?" Matt asks her quietly as he glances around them.
From the corner of his eyes he spots Jeremy lurking around nearby, constantly in the shadows watching. Their friends, Caroline and Tyler are watching their exchange cautiously. They can tell that something is wrong, that something is not right. In their heads they all have the feeling of a day repeating, only they're not sure why and this time Vicki doesn't seem ready to open up to them at the moment, but they can see the paranoid look in her eyes as they skirt around the room.
"Can we just leave?" Vicki asks her brother in a barely there whisper, her eyes moving around frantically.
Her brother and their friends glance at each other and nod. Quickly they gather their belongings and leave the school. They all followed Vicki and Matt to their house.
Mason had yet to arrive so they sat in the living room while working on their homework after calling the school for all of their book assignments. As of now they're all working out how to finish their schooling at home."It would be much easier if he didn't keep killing me." Vicki mutters after she explained the past few times she had to experience this day.
Caroline frowns as she answers one of the questions for history class. "What do you guys think of Mr. Saltzman?"
"He seems alright." Tyler admits with a frown. "I don't know if we should trust him though. But he doesn't seem to be a dick. Although he was only setting up during study hall, apparently he can't officiallystart until the 30th."
"Alaric is alright." Vicki says offhandedly. "But he will be on Elena and Jeremy's side of things and not ours."
It wasn't until after 3:30pm that Mason arrived at the Donovans looking annoyed. He tosses a duffle-bag down and eyes us all wearily, his eyes glance over everyone before stopping on Vicki, checking her out and then looks at his Nephew with a raised eyebrow.
"Tyler." Mason greets him as he sits down on the seat opposite of us. "Want to tell me what's going on? You mentioned vampires?"
"They're infesting the town." Vicki says as she eyes him curiously.
It's been a long time since she's seen Tyler's Uncle, he's about twelve years older then them. But he moved away six years ago or so. He's hot, that much she can admit to herself. His eyes flicker to hers while he watches her.
"Vicki Donovan right?" He asks causing har to nod at him.
"And I'm Matt. Her brother." Matt adds before gesturing to the blonde beside him. "This is Caroline."
Mason nods his head as Vicki begins talking again. "We need someone to teach us how to fight better. Someone on our side who won't turn on us."
"It's important man." Tyler adds as the pent up anger from the last few months begins to feel like its boiling over. "And it's difficult to explain .."
Vicki bites her lip as she thinks, she had forgotten to mention how she threw Jeremy across the room with an electric shock of some sort during her last go through. It's the first time it's ever happened. Could she learn how to do that on demand?
"We never had the chance to meet him last time." Vicki mentions then. "Every time I was dead before we even got the chance so everything reset."
"What are you talkin about?" Mason asks them with a frown, the look on his face turning suspicious.
Vicki groans and begins to explain the situation with Matt, Caroline and Tyler adding something here and there to help out. "So, if I die, or they do, the day will reset at the beginning or when I see it. It's complicated."
"Yeah." Caroline adds with a frown. "She used to scream when it would happen. It's been evolving."
"But it's not the first time that days have fully reset either." Vicki counters. "The issue is that the feelings I would get about the day aren't always there. Although.. somehow I shocked Jeremy across the hall when I did today last time."
"Really?" Matt asks with a frown. "Why didn't you tell us that earlier?"
His sister gives him that, really look and rolls her eyes. "Because I was busy trying to I don't know.. not die."
"So you will need to learn how to use it?" Mason asks even after the explanation he couldn't help but feel a bit out of the loop still. "How could I help with that?"
"You're a werewolf." Vicki says bluntly as she huffs. "You could probably kick all of our asses and we need all the help that we can get right now."
The werewolf in question stiffens considerably. "Why should I?"
"Because, maybe we can prevent your death by the hands of Damon Salvatore as well." The Donovan sister says. "I saw it you know.. not that I was trying to but the other side is just so dull."
Mason lets out a low growl and runs his fingers through his hair in frustration. "Let me think about it."
With that he picked up his bag from the Donovan living room floor and walked out.
They glanced at each other in unease.
Hopefully they didn't make a big mistake when it came to telling him about it.
"You don't think he will have to repeat days now too do you?" Caroline asks Vicki with a whisper.
Vicki shrugs in unease. "I don't know. I haven't seen his death.. or ours. But whether or not just telling him will have consequences- I don't know. Nothings making sense."
