Tutor/Minlix

"You have to tutor Minho? As in Lee Minho?" Hyunjin questioned dramatically.

"Yeah I have to talk to Mrs.Min more about it after school but that's the only way I can stay on the dance team." Felix explained with a pout, "he can't be that bad."

"How are you going to tutor someone who doesn't even stay awake for his classes? I have 4 classes with him and he's always either sleeping or skipping."

"If my parents wouldn't kill me for it then I would probably sleep through some of my classes too," Felix shrugged "it's only a couple hours a week until I help him fix his grades so it will be fine."

"Good luck with that I guess. He seems sort of rude."

"Do you want me to quit dance?" Felix asked with a pout and Hyunjin quickly shook his head no.

"Of course not I'm just- why him? You're too sweet to have to tutor someone so rude. He doesn't even try to pass his classes. She should at least make the extra credit opportunity realistic."

"I'll get him to pass," Felix said confidently with a smile. "I have to go now, I'm supposed to go talk to Mrs. Min about it more."

"Call me later so we can choose a song for our dance class performance," Hyunjin said before saying bye to his best friend.

Multiple people said hi, waved, and even gave Felix a high five as he made his way to Mrs. Min's room. Felix was very social, he was friends with nearly everyone and no one ever had anything bad to say about him unless they were simply jealous.

That's why his teacher asked him to tutor someone instead of doing something else such as cleaning the classroom after class to fix his science grade. She knew Minho was capable of passing English, he just needed a little motivation, and Felix seemed like the perfect person.

"Hi, Mrs. Min!" Felix said once he entered the classroom and saw a pretty boy with brown hair and cat-shaped eyes look him up and down the moment he walked into the classroom.

He decided to ignore it and instead walk up to the desk and introduce himself so that it would be slightly less awkward when Mrs. Min started explaining everything to them.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Felix."

"You're cute." Minho replied, gently grabbing hold of Felix's hand, "I'm Minho."

Felix felt his face heat up from the sudden compliment as he laughed softly and pulled his hand away, taking a seat next to Minho and waiting for Mrs. Min to explain what they needed to do.

"One, second." The teacher said as she grabbed a few papers and stood up to stand in front of the two of them.

"Okay so, Minho here isn't doing so well in my English class and Felix you're a couple of points away from passing my math class. I know Felix needs to pass in order to stay on the dance team and this is the only class that Minho is completely failing and I would hate to see you have to retake it over summer. So I thought that it would be a good idea for Felix to tutor you. He could get some extra credit and you could start doing better in my class by learning from someone other than me."

"May I ask what grade Minho has?"

"I have a 23%" Minho replied and Felix just nodded silently. In order to actually receive extra credit, he had to actually get Minho to pass. Considering what he's heard about Minho's work ethic and now hearing his grade he was doubtful.

"Maybe if you would stay awake durring my class- but that's beside the point right now. I know it sounds pretty bad but I will let him make up any work and tests once you think that he is ready to take them." She explained with a smile.

"I know you have dance practice and Minho told me that he has a busy schedule as well so I will let you two figure out the times. Minho has some worksheets...some of which are homework that was due months ago but here's some notes to give you an idea as to what we are learning." She said, handing Felix a packet of notes. "Any questions."

"Nope," Felix replied and Minho just shook his head no.

"Okay then, see you both tomorrow." She replied as the two boys stood up to leave.

"Are you free today?" Felix questioned as he walked beside Minho in the hallway.

"That eager to spend time with me?" Minho questioned and Felix was unsure how to respond so Minho continued, "as much as I would love to spend the afternoon with you, I have something to do today."

"Oh okay, do you know when you will be free?"

"Uhh...I'm free on Thursday."

"Dance practice got canceled this week so I am too. I'll see you on Thursday then."

"Sounds like a date...I would prefer that over a tutoring session but maybe we'll get there eventually."

"Haha bye, Minho!" Felix said and quickly walked away before Minho ended up calling him out for blushing when Minho was most likely joking in the first place.

He got flirted with somewhat often, however that didn't mean that he knew what to do when it did happen. Usually, he would just ignore it but considering that he was going to have to spend hours with Minho at a time it was going to be quite difficult.

Though he doubted that it would be a continuous thing.

This is gonna be interesting.
