ive been in an abusive situation and ik you don't wanna tell anyone bc it's "embarrassing" but this next part is important

a lot of the time abusive people are narcissistic and they don't believe they do wrong. THEY WONT CHANGE. don't stay somewhere bc they "promise they'll change" or "they love you" the only way someone changes, is if they realize what they're doing is wrong. A NARCISSIST WILL NEVER REALIZE THAT. psychologically they can't. if they truly love you they would make you leave them bc you deserve better.

there is more than one form of abuse: physical, emotional, verbal, sexual, mental, and probably more.
