Chapter 2

Liam entered the archery spot.

- Hey bestie!!

Maddy yelled as soon as she saw him. Energetic as always.

She was a really short girl, with short curly hair that she had recently dyed blue trying to see if it would look good on her.

She was also the daughter of Dionysus. Whenever there's a party, Liam have to keep an eye on her so she doesn't get black out drunk.

He missed a lot of opportunities to hook up with someone because of that but he doesn't really mind it. He knows he could have anyone he wants.

- Hey girl, ready for your archery tutoring?

- Uh, yes? What took you so long?

- Was talking to Socko and Enzzo.

Maddy's eyebrows perked up.

Here we go again.

- How's your boyfriend doing?

Maddy said while smirking.

Liam just rolled his eyes.

- Enzzo's not my boyfriend.

- Yeah, but you still love him.

Liam blushed and turned away.

- Shut up, you know nothing's gonna happen between us, he doesn't like me like that.

- Well, you'll never know if you don't tell him you like him.

Liam started getting his bow and arrow for practice.

- Like hell this is gonna happen. I can't risk losing him, he's my best friend.

- What if someone else anonymally told him?

Liam turned to her in pure disbelief.

- Don't you even dare think about doing that. You remember what happened the last time we told someone about this. We're lucky he didn't believe Ariel.

- I still don't know why he didn't believe him.

Liam sighed. Probably because he doesn't like me like that.

- Just grab your bow and arrow, we have training to do.
