"Gimmie my book bruh," I said as Lani kept moving my book around out of reach.

"The bell about to ring Lani I can't be late again or I get ISS."

She laughs and hands it to me, "Since when did you care about getting ISS?"

"Since my basketball coach told me I'd have to sit out next game if I get it again."

"Mmtch..."

"Aye, Dre you seen Ken?" Woods asks as he walked up to us.

"Uhh no. I haven't seen him in like two days."

"Yea exactly. Is he sick or sum?"

"I don't know... Imma text him right now," I say pulling out my phone.

Woods nods his head and walks away.

The bell rings and me & Lani both make our way to our last period.

Neither of us really pay attention in there, we be too busy fuckin with each other...but somehow she keeps her grades up.

I'm not failing but I damn near am.

Class went by fast and me and Lani both went to basketball practice.

The girls practice on one side of the gym, then the guys practice on the other side.

We basically all practice together.

Me and Mylani are practically with eachother more than we are apart.

We see each other all day at school, then practice, then after school we chill at her house.

Im not complaining.

This is what we needed when we first started talking.

Her being in South Carolina did have a major impact on us not being able to see each other.

Im gonna ask her to be my girlfriend soon. I don't know how to do it though.

I wanna do it right.

With my last relationship, I didn't even ask the girl, we just basically went with the flow.
