breathing heavily, intending to walk pass the empty, dark alleyway no souls would dare to step in to,exist a girl walking with curly short bronze hair.
in the midst of the thick coldest ambience of winter, this young girl wearing peach casual dress walking alone in the night, held both arms with her blatant palm to bring warmth to her shivering figure.
a low gust of thick air flowing out her dry lips, looking down as she solitarily carried on to wherever she can reach to. her legs feeling heaviest amongst all, her head carrying the lightest gas inside as if ready to collapse and drop any second.
yet she remained silent without complain. until she reach the end of darkness from that alley as she can see the bright lights of tokyo's building.
i'm finally here.
she thought stopping from her tracks. looking beyond to her perspective as the empty place carried boundless lights, but a deserted place where not even a single person was seen present.
curfew.
"...."
it took her just a few seconds to notice the person sitting on the ground behind her covered in bruises and injuries.
"who..." voice trailing further, her light oceanic eyes landed on their trembling body. squatting and holding his knees in an excruciating way of dealing affliction. "woah... kid, are you okay?" she questioned, leaning forward to the kid with blond hair.
he lifted his head, curious to know may who that unfamiliar voice belong to. but stayed silent, unconcerned with their pity.
"that sounds painful... are you dead?" she looked down at his bleeding head, reaching out to grab hold of his temple.
"i'm not. and i don't need your sympathy."
with a look of indignation of having treated unfairly, he shoved her hands completely out of spite away from his personal space. the girl seemed surprised with the hint of realization that she somehow noticed from him.
"leave me alone."
intentionally, she never did. but stayed standing before the hot headed guy.
silence was all they could say back to each other. but both were unaffiliated with the discomfort they carry for both strangers.
the cold brought shiver to the shorter girl's skin, as it flowed her slick hair back. before she brought the mind in where she stepped in his personal space and squatted down below him.
the other looked troubled. averting his gaze like a child refraining from weeping. but he's insensitive enough to think he was hiding it pretty well that no one will notice. but y/n.... see right through him.
"why won't you let anyone help you?" carrying a cold way of speech, yet unintentionally, she asked a simple question that she wished to know an answer to.
the kid in blond hair flinch, as the question was then again repeated. the same thing as his older brother have proclaimed before.
"do you really think you can handle a burden all alone? wouldn't that be troublesome if someday you'll blow a gasket and hurt someone?"
