he walked the new friend she made on their way to his home. she leap through each lane markings while having her own imaginary focuses on mind while listening to mikey talk about what happened to him at the alley.
y/n let out a laugh after finding out he had the same intentions.
"you're very strong for someone young" she halted, jumping off the white line and walk side by side with mikey. he looked at her with question. "i'm envious"

"you get to fight big guys like that with no trouble! it's amazing mikey, you have your own value in this world! haha"

the cold finally rising within their body, the temperature's degree becoming higher as the time passes. that was when they realized they weren't wearing the proper clothes since they both ran away from home without any options.
y/n held her arms from her back and walked silently, until she gazed beside the person by her side when he made a sound that took her attention.
"you should go home. your family will be worried." mikey kept his gaze somewhere else, hiding his unknown features from her. but then he noticed she wasn't responding. not as fast like before.
he looked at her. seeing a girl with a casual smile.
"hmm... i'm not going back there." she responded.
"for you, you have a loving home and a caring little sister, with an independent older brother. they are the one who will be worried for you. in fact, i should be the one to say that first."
