Quinn and Rachel's song devoted to insecurities was beautiful in the sense that it touched every one of us whether we realised it or not
Mike and Finn also did a dance highlighting how 'good' he is at it which was really good too on how he expressed one of his true insecurities like that
"Thag was amazing" I hugged mike once he sat down congratulating him
"Thanks, I figured I would help him out"
"Well it was great" he smiled looking down at me and I leaned over to kiss him
"All right Finn" everyone clapped and I cleared my throat before joining in
"Perfect! See guys, someone who's not afraid to point out something they're really bad at"
"But I'm getting better right?" Everyone went quiet not knowing how to reply to him
"Mr sheuster?" Rachel asked and Mike came to sit beside me before taking my hand in his. He smiled at me which I ever so slightly returned before quickly moving my gaze away
"May I have the floor please?"
"You got it rachel"
"so as all of you know I've had a few consultations with a Doctor who specialises in rhinoplasty."
Tina: "yes we know. That's all any of us have been talking about and we think it's a terrible idea"
"okay blue eyes you're such a hypocrite" Rachel taunted back
"I admit yes I don't like my eyes sometimes, the shape, the colour, but your self hatred Rachel has helped me see the light."
"I love myself" she told us clutching the book thing to her chest more like she's more so trying to convince herself rather than us
"Not enough clearly. When you get a nose job, when you change your eyes, when you bleach your freckles you're just announcing to the world 'I don't like myself very much.' The drama this week have made me realise, if I don't have many Asian sexy symbols to look up to, I have an obligation to maybe become one myself. My new mantra is 'be the change you want to see in the world'" Mercedes turned to Tina
"That was an amazing thing to say"

"Besides Tina's abrupt personal transformation. The compositions came back from the doctor showing what my nose would look like slightly altered, and I have to say I'm really happy with the results they're less Hebraic and more fabraic" she turned a picture of what she would look like and she looked completely different, like completely unrecognisable
"That doesn't really look like you" she walked around the room handing it out to everyone
"every year girls show up to my temple after their 16th birthday and they look slightly different and you know what even though it's easy to make out with them, without getting constantly stabbed in the eye, they are not as hot" Rachel shook her head dismissing what puck was saying
"well this isn't about being hot it's about conquering your destiny,And finding something in yourself that you want to change and change it. Plus they said It could improve my voice so.. Look if you guys aren't willing to support my decision, then I'm pretty accustomed to making it on my own"
