I sat in the backseat talking to my mother, while my sister sat next to mom.
"I'll make sure to call you weekly, " I told her, trying to ease her worries about leaving her children to fend for themselves.
"Alright," she agreed. Then, turning towards Bella, she tells her, "I expect to hear from you at least twice a week and I'll see you in a month. Have fun at your friend's house!"
"Yea, sure mom, whatever you want," Bella told her as we pulled into a parking spot in front of the airport. We all got out and I watched as Bella and mom talked. Mom, making sure that this was what she wanted, sent Bella inside and turned to me.
"Y/N," she said, "I'm going to miss you. Be good for the McCalls, alright?"
"Always," I said to her, embracing her in a warm hug. I then turned, but not before telling her to fill up the car with gas, grabbed my bags and ticket and left towards the airport to board my plane. Beacon Hills, California here I come.
