Jade pov:
The band and I were busy getting ready. It was almost time for us to play our song.
"You nervous?" Diego asked and I looked at him.
"Yea... A little... Especially since 'he' changed his mind about cotillion and will be there..." I said and Diego grinned.
"You'll be fine. And hey, rumours go that Clay got eyes for you."
"Funny..." I scoffed and Diego grinnend. You'l be fine. Come on, let's test the equipment one more time before we gotta play."
Harry pov:
"Damn Hook, you cleaned up nicely." Mal said.
"Not willingly." I said as I glared at both Uma and Evie.
"Oh hush, just wait until you and Jade get together." Uma said.
"Wait, you like Jade?" Jay said and I looked at him.
"I-"
"Yea he does. It's so obvious!" Evie said and I felt my cheeks burn.
Was it really that obvious?
"That's funny since-" Carlos started but Mal covered his mouth.
"Don't." she said and I arched my eyebrow.
"They're about to start!" Gil exclaimed and I was honestly curious, excited even, to see Jade preform.
We all got into this crowd place, I was a bit furhter away from the others, like on the edge of the space.
"This is called, through the dark!" Diego exclaimed and both Jade and Diego started playing on their guitars.
"You tell me that you're sad and lost your way. You tell me that your tears are here to stay. But I know you're only hiding. And I just wanna see you." Diego sang softly and some AK girls were squealing loudly... almost making me deaf.
"You tell me that you're hurt and you're in pain. And I can see your head is held in shame, but I just wanna see you smile again. See you smile again..." Clay sang behind his keyboard.
"But don't burn out. Even if you scream and shout." both boys sang at the same time.
"It'll come back to you." Clay sang.
"And I'll be here for you." Diego sang.
Then all four of them started playing their instruments.
"Oh I will carry you over. Fire and water for your love. And I will hold you closer. Hope your heart is strong enough. When the night is coming down on you. We will find a way through the dark." the four of them sang and my eyes were locked on Jade.
She said she'd wear some dress of her mom, but hell... her thighs looked so damn good in the black leather pants, the jacket looked amazing on her as well.
"I wish that I could take you to the stars. I'd never let you fall and break your heart. And if you wanna cry or fall apart. I'll be there to hold you." Jace sang as he kept drumming the melody.
"You tell me that you hurt, it's all in vain. But I can see your heart can love again. And I remember you laughing. So let's just laugh again." Jade sang with a smile and it almost killed me.
Her voice awas so soft yet it was like it bewitched me into loving her more...
"But don't burn out.Even if you scream and shout." Jade and Jace sang together.
"It'll come back to you..." Jace sang and Jade smiled.
"Back to you!" she sang and all four of them played together again.

Then Diego turned to Jade, playing a few similar chords.
"And you don't need, you don't need to worry." he sang softly and Jade looked at him.
"And you will see it's easy to be loved." Jade sang and they both smiled a bit.
Jealousy burned in my veins.
"I know you wanna be loved." they sang together.
Then Diego stepped closer to Jade, both Jace and Clay stopped playing their instruments.
"Oh I will carry you over.Fire and water for your love." Diego sang in deep low voice.

I walked away from the group and sighed.
There was no way that Jade would like me anyway... Plus it was obvious that she and Diego were more then friends...
