"Okay softy" George laughed quite loudly because I started tickling him.

"Let me get something to drink, want anything?" I stood up from the chair, "Water please" George nodded, "You make it sound like I'm a waiter or something" and he just chuckled to himself which led me to hit him. Softly.

I got out of the door to see...Wilbur. I couldn't move, at all. My thoughts were getting on me. Did he just arrive? Why is he here already? He didn't hear my and George's conversation, right? Oh my God, did he hear it?? I'm so dead, "How l-long have you been here?" I asked. I think I stuttered too. Oh God

"I uh just arrived" he then stood there awkwardly. Wait, did he really??

"You did? Or are you just lying and actually heard me and George?" I feel like all the air inside the room is just taken by him. I was fine till I found out about this. I just don't wanna be that obvious.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to" he had his head down, he didn't mean to, and I understand but "Why did you lie?"

"I'm so sorry, Lei, I couldn't help it" He held his head up, his eyes were just saying the truth and I can't help to not be mad at him anymore.

"It's alright, don't worry" I couldn't stay at that spot a lot longer. I went to the kitchen to get my and George's water and headed to my room. After setting down the two glasses, I barged into George and Wilbur's room, taking George from the arm and pulling him to my room.

"Oh hey, Wil" George waived at Wilbur after I got him out of the room. Not sure if he waived back but that doesn't matter anyway.

"What's wrong? Why'd you take me here?" George then sat down on my bed while I handed him his glass of water. "Why? Can't I do that? Besides it's the least you can do 'cause you're sleeping here again anyway"

"You're acting weird, but alright" he then finished his water and handed it to me. I didn't go out to get those back in the kitchen because Wil might still be there and I don't want to feel more tension than I'm feeling right now.

"By any chance, did Wil hear us and you talked to him about it?" George had started out soft but he just ended up sounding teasy. "Pardon? I don't get it"

"C'mon Lei, it's so obvious, you look so flushed, your face is red and you can't even look straight at me" he pulled me to sit next to him and wrapped his arms around my shoulder pulling me into a hug.

"Now that he knows, just wait for him to confess back, hm? You've done your part and all you have to do is wait. So chill, you're overthinking it" He ruffled my hair slightly and hugged me tighter.

"Stop, I can't breathe properly" he chuckled and let go of me.

"What's for dinner?" George sat down on the kitchen counter facing Wilbur who was busy preparing their food. "It's obvious, isn't it? We're having chicken for tonight"

"What happened earlier? Lei looked bothered a bit" George starts, Wilbur then had become a bit awkward. "Uhm, you know about you both talking in our room? I arrived at home early and had heard you both talking and so when she found out, she just..." Wilbur trailed off. George then catches up, "What do you think of Lei?"

"What do you think of Lei?"

What do I think about Lei? Well, she's this sweet, kind, loving girl that's a bit clumsy but beautiful. I've done quite a lot of things for her ever since I met her. I let her stay here when I found out that she doesn't have the dorm. But why did I do that? Shouldn't I just have left her behind that night? Or lead her to a hotel she could stay at till she figures out where she'll stay.

My life had started changing ever since that night. And I think, I think the way I see her changed ever since we're in lockdown together. So, what do I really think of her? I just don't know. Everything's blurry right now and I'm not sure of anything but

"I think Lei's like a little sister to me, you know? I'm that older brother that takes care of her and helps her figure out things."
