Once arriving to class barely making it he took a seat next to the window peacefully shutting his eyes before waking up to the sound of the teachers voice
"Everyone I want you to meet Yoshida Yukine he will be joining us starting this day I want you all to be nice to him" He said
Mafu was shocked it was that boy he bumped into earlier but what was he doing here he had sandy questions but his stomach growled due to the fact he didn't get to eat that piece of bread he "brought".
"Why don't we find you a seat" the teacher muttered as he looked around before noticing a spot next to Mafu "Why don't you sit next to Sato-san he's quiet but doesn't bite I'm sure you'll get along. Sato-san I want you to show Yoshida-san around please"
"Yes sensei" Mafu replied
Yukine made his way across the room next to Mafu he took his place next to him and took out his notebook and pencil. They didn't talk much during homeroom but after the bell rang Yukine decided to speak
"Well isn't it a surprise to see you here Sato-chan~" he playfully spoke "I felt bad about dropping your bed today so I went to the convince store before coming here to get you one I hope you can forgive me"
Hesitant at first he decided to revive the bread from the man "You can call me Mafu I don't mind" he spoke as he took a bite out of the bread "you don't have to be so formaly after all you don't seem like you're from around here"
"Welp Sat- I mean Mafu-chan you caught me I'm actually from the states my family just wanted to move here so they could take better care of my grandfather"
"The States huh that's pretty far but your Japanese is so good and you know your formalities well"
"I know right its because I'm awsome"
"Well Yukine-san if it's okay if I call you that meet me after school so I can show you around and get to know each other how about that I can also help you catch up and get the hang of things"
Yukine's eyes lit up he could use this moment
"YES" he shouted "I-I mean sure I'd love to join you"
"Well then it's a deal"
The bell rang and so second period began little did they know there lives were about to change for the worse
