CHAPTER TWENTY-FIVE

My son played with the Chinese man. Si Freedom ang nag-paint ng nails ng guy. I bought nail polish from the boutique, that's what they used. Napailing na lang ako. Bunch of Rico's friends are baliw, iyong iba naman ang sama ng look sa boyfriend ko.

"I told you I'll fucking kill you for what you did to Aramis." Nanlilisik ang eyes ni Mr. del Fuego. "To be fair, what if I punch your woman in the face?"

Tinapik ni Mr. del Fuego ang lalaking may green eyes. Nag-whisper pa siya sa lalaki. I just heard 'rainbow'.

Oh, maybe, they are a couple. How sweet naman. I ship them!

Hinarang ni Rico ang body niya sa akin. "Don't you fucking dare even lay a finger on her." Nag-hug naman ako sa back niya. "Take your revenge on me."

"Rico, are they couple?" Mahinang say ko.

"Your kaibigan na may green eyes at saka si Mr. del Fuego."

His shoulders were moving, feel ko ang laughter niya. I was shook naman when I felt the impact na tumama kay Rico. Nag-widen ang eyes ko, it was a suntok from Mr. del Fuego.

"Oh my gosh! Why did you suntok Rico on the mukha?! It was me who told him you look like a cute couple. You're mali naman!" Siniyasat ko ang nagbi-bleed na side ng lips ni Rico.

"Ma, just hide on my back." He said.

Muli niyang hinarang ang kanyang body.

Another punch came from the guy. Walang ginawa si Rico, he just stood there na parang stupid at sinalo ang punches. Hindi ako maka-believe sa ginawa niya.

To my annoyance, hinubad ko ang stiletto ko na suot at binato iyon sa guy.

"Why are you hurting Rico ba?!" I was shouting. He looked stunned. Bumaling naman ako kay Rico. "What the hell is mali with you? You should laban! You were like waiting for his suntok! If there's taya here, I'm going to be talo! Rico naman!"

Dinuro ko naman sila. "You're nakakainis! You rin!" Salubong nang eyebrows ko.

My tears started falling sa inis ko. Rico has pasa on his gilid ng lips. Naging stupid na siya, hindi man lang siya nag-fight. The group of men just came here to hurt my boyfriend. I hate it!

Nag-stay lang ako sa room, good thing, I'm too sleepy to deal with what was happening in the labas. Imbes na ma-stress sa friends ni Rico, hinayaan ko na lang ang self kong lamunin ng sleep.
