Did you ever think about what would happen if Cal actually got corrupted? What if he fell into the trap of Set? Then look here ....only if you can handle the most weird and probably toxic? ship
When I calmed down Set took note of that "Enough crying for the day we are going to mercury." I almost chocked "HUH?! Mercury?!" I was shocked freezed "Why are we going to Mercury?" I managed to say after a few seconds "You'll see Cal~" He said smirking 'I do not like the sound and look of that.' I hesitated "Okay?" I said after a while still not too sure nor happy about it
'I could burn somebody in lava there though~' I mentally slapped myself 'No!Stop thinking that Cal!' I then heard him say "Hold onto me right if you don't want to fall in lava~" I just rolled my eyes but did as he said.
"We're here~" I heard him say so I let go of him and I looked around "Ah! Oooof okaayy." I said as there was lava in the ground that I nearly stepped into 'God I really have to be more careful...wait now that I think about it, it is really hot here..I mean the cold or heat never bothered me anyway but now it kinda does I can feel the heat..'
I was probably looking hella confused because Set patted my head "We are on Mercury boy...ofcourse you're going to feel heat so I would reccomend if I were you to take that jacket off~." Now I was really raged by this I ruffled my hair back to it's original position as it was messed up "Yeah not happening.."
》15 minutes later《
It was so freaking hot especially since we were basically fast walking to Sets temple that I had to take my damn jacket off and of course Set had to tease me about the fact that I said that I won't take it off 15 minutes ago.
Set was explaining some things on the way like trees started to grow here since the portal opened which is interesting I was getting real inpatient because of the fact that I was feeling hot "We are here." He said and I looked up "Oh my this is massive." I said in amusement 'So big...just imagine living here it must get confusing at times' the place looked pretty from the outside and I expected the same on the inside.
"Come come." Set gestured for me to follow him, as I was following him we have passed many halls and doors we then went down some stairs and we have arrived which I can guess was the throne room since it had a really big throne "This is the throne room where I'll be mostly staying at." As he said that I got confused 'So he will stop his plans and stay here? Oh wait or is he planning to-' my eyes slightly widened.
"What do you mean?" I asked he smirked once again "Oh dear Cal you will be staying here with me!~" He darkly chuckled "Ofcourse except for when we will leave for missions." He smiled as he said that I was shocked and kind of sad that I would leave all my friends behind but at the same time I was feeling pleased? I don't know 'I mean I did say I would join him if necessary or well since I kind of want this pain to go away'
I nodded suprising Set I don't think that he quite expected that but the shock was the only for a half second because it then faded and was replaced with a evil smirk "Very well, though I did suppose that I should change from this form." He said I got a bit confused as he left behind the throne but he soon came back and I understood.
He changed forms he now had white hair with a circle around his head that had small planets around it, galaxy as his skin which was kind of intresting...he was taller too and his clothes changed.

"Now, we will set some ground rules." He began saying 'Oh god this is going to be the end of me' I was good with going by the rules but who knows what rules will Set make up.
"Rule number 1. You will call me master Rule number 2. Don't you ever yell at me or talk back Rule number 3. Don't disturb me unless it is something important Rule number 4.You will listen to me and do as I say Rule number 5.Don't go snooping around at midnight, are all these rules clear to you?" That wasn't a lot of rules but then again they are kinda harsh not by a lot.
"Yes Se- master." I said almost slipping god knows what he would do to me if I would have broken one of these "Good cause if you will break these you will be punished." I nodded I was now wondering what the punishment is but I didn't want to find out by breaking them but I don't think that he will tell me either.
"Oh yes and one last thing, change into these." He gave me some clothes I just frowned "But why do I have to change?" I asked angry a bit "Cal-" He began saying in a dangerously low voice "Okay I'm going I'm going!" I said running at the top of my heels, he showed me the room where I was staying at before so I just went there and changed these clothes reminded me of the ones that Khonsu wears.
'speaking of him I should probably talk to him soon' I looked at myself in the mirror one more time before going back to Set since he told me to come there after I change.

I stopped at the front of his throne as he was sitting on it he looked in thought before he saw me and smiled "Very well, now you look better." He said "What do you mean I looked just fine before?!" I said raising my voice a bit I am pretty sure that I was making him more mad.
'This will not end well' I thought nervously "Cal." He said looking at me angrily I felt bad? Like when you disappoint your friend or parent and you are sad because of it "Sorry master." I said looking away "Go to your room." He said without any word further and I did as told .
Yup can't wait for the talk with Khonsu' I thought as I walked in my room and layed down 'This room looks dull..' I looked around it looked like guest room or like a hotel one where you have nothing much in it 'Time for some decorating I guess'
