Takes place during Chapter 3, after Dylan reveals his backstory
Dylan stands up, but notices Komaru staring at him sympathetically.
Dylan: (with a sad look on his face)...Why are you staring at me like that?
Komaru surprises him with a hug.

Dylan then cries on Komaru's shoulder, finally letting out all his emotions. For the first time ever, he opens up to someone other than his sister.
So after revealing his story, Dylan gradually becomes nicer and ease out his insults aimed at the girls and becomes more reliable.
