Power/backstory: before she became an experiment she was a skilled ice skater, who enjoyed her life like a normal human being. After competng at the national figure skating championship, Cydney was offered a spot on the US Olympic figure skating team. Little did she know that Hydra had been waiting for those invited, as they were looking for the most agile and controlled people. Cydney's taxi driver that night had turned out to be a Hydra agent. When she was kidnapped and taken to a Hydra lab, she thought she would never see the light of day again. They transformed her into a bird hybrid with targeting capability, as the scientists were trying to see which bird's wings would work best for their superhuman army. Most died in the experiments, their bodies rejecting the wings, but extraordinarily, Cydney survived. She was held there for four years, until one of the raids before Age of Ultron, when she was found by the Avengers, who took her in. Cydney eventually became one of them. Cydney was one of the ones who helped them track down Strucker's base

In civil war she takes team Iron Man, in hopes of only needing to cross the bridge of defiance if they got to it, because she believed that the most important thing was to keep the team together. In the fight she kind of had an unspoken truce with Bucky, with each of them refusing to fight each other, because they have a common enemy in Hydra. After Civil war, she occasionally goes on normal missions, being known as one of the few superheroes left, however, she secretly helped Steve and Bucky stay hidden, and gathered Intel using her resources as a remaining Avenger to find the remaining Hydra facilities, which she, Steve, and Bucky would team up to go find, knowing that even though Hydra no longer remained, if any facilities did, there were still people who were suffering. Nobody knew this until after infinity war, when nobody was really a fugitive anymore.
