personality: definitely not one of those evers who sits and waits for a man to save her. she's also pretty rebellious at least during her first year (when the girls were expected to just sit around and look pretty), often going to shoot a bow with the princes when she's technically not supposed to which is how she met Chaddick, but she never gets failed out for it. she also doesn't really sleep much some nights when she is stressed and is instead caught on the balcony stargazing. when she arrives she is immediately the only one to accept Agatha, and they are pretty much both outcasts since everyone knew Phoebe as "the savage in the woods"

backstory: nobody really knows where she is from, but it is assumed that she was from the fairytale world and abandoned as a child into the woods, by parents that couldn't afford to feed her. she grew up on her own, learning how to hunt and make friends with the animals. occasionally she would steal clothes or food from a village, but otherwise, she really had no contact with the outside world and therefore didn't know what the school for good and evil was until she was whisked away one night.

strengths: great at archery, a perfect shot almost every time. she is a very hard worker and will fight to achieve her goals no matter what it takes.

weaknesses: a bit too forgiving, and can be manipulated pretty easily due to her overly merciful nature.

enemies: Sophie never really liked her, and was always jealous of the fact that Agatha had another friend, until after the first book
