Like the sunlight touches the rosebud

Like the sunlight touches the rosebud

you've awakened me from eons of dreaming

Though I've heard the songs from your heart

I wasn't ready to be reborn

until your love

shattered the shell of captivity

Now, as I stand before you

I have come to love you

Though time and space has kept us apart

my dreams has always shown me the right path

What distance could be enough?

What gap is the deepest?

Not even the darkest abyss has the power

of cutting the cords that nourish our souls

So lie next to me, my love

on this summer meadow

in lavendel blue and emerald green

we will brightly shine

now, as we have become one.
