ace silently watched the girl sitting next to him as her eyes brightened and her smile widened with happiness. he felt the giddy feeling in the pit of his stomach as she looked over at him. she didn't say anything, making him start to regret his decision. but what she did next caught him totally off-guard.

she launched her tiny five foot frame on his much larger one, wrapping her arms around his firm torso. he could smell her vanilla shampoo and he totally loved it. he had to stop himself from sniffing them and come off as creepy.

calla didn't get to finish her question. the boy with the camera- her grump- shut her up with his lips. she was speechless for a few seconds. and inexperienced. she had no idea what to do. so, she imitated him, moving her lips along his and really hoping that she was doing it right.

----

hey star?

can i ask you something?

uh-huh.

will you be my girlfriend?

y-yes!

and star?
