Continuation to chapter 11
Y/N's POV:
"I can't believe you caught a garchomp!" Sophocles said while garchomp growled in amusement to the hot springs. Rock ruff growled at it and bit garchomp's neck. Garchomp got it off and looked at it in a confused matter while rock ruff tried to bite it. I grabbed rock ruff and said "hey! Don't do that!" Rock ruff whimpered and went back to the sun bed as golisopod and zoroark stared and mimikyu gave it a glare. "What's up with rock ruff?" Lana asked and I answered "it's been really aggressive and I don't know why!" Garchomp growled in agreement leaning. I looked over at oranguru in the hot spring and I frowned. I looked back once as Lillie said "hm. Maybe it's going to evolve!" My face brightened and I said "it'll be so cool! What if it's midnight like gladions or midday like olivia's!" I looked back and noticed cosmog was being threatened by rock ruff. I got out of the hot spring and ran over grabbing cosmog and I said "don't do that! Your going to hurt cosmog bud!" Rock ruff whimpered and sat down as I placed cosmog on kommo-o's back while they both slept.
It got dark and we got out of the springs to get to the hotel and rock ruff was gone. "Wheres rock ruff?" Lana said looking over and sandy ran off "sandy!" Lana called as me and her ran after it leaving everyone else to follow behind. I saw sandy growling and I looked at the Pokémon ahead and it was rock ruff. "Rock ruff!" I called and rock ruff growled and sank his teeth into me. "Ow!" I said and rock ruff got off as it ran off. Sandy went after it and the gang got here. "Did you find rock ruff!" Lillie said as Kiawe looked around while I stared at my bite mark. "Rock ruff bit me." I said and Mallow gasped as tsareena stepped back dramatically. "Off topic. Rock ruff is going through something but we need to find it before it gets hurt." I said hopping on garchomp and I said "me and kiawe will search the air! You can search the ground!" Everyone nodded as we headed off. My Pokémon were in there poke balls so I didn't worry. I looked down as garchomp swiftly flew. I looked down hearing a Yelp and I pointed.
"Down there!" I yelled and garchomp went down seeing rock ruff sitting on a rock. A mosaic of tapu-Lele was in-carved into the ground around it. I looked at rock ruff and I kept staring, "rock ruff?..." I said slowly approaching while garchomp held back, rock ruff whimpered and it didn't look at me. "If this is about you biting me I promise I'm not mad. I swear on melemele." I said and rock ruff made a low growl. Rock ruff got up and wagged it's tail using rock throw as it pointed the rocks to the sunset. I squinted seeing the sunlight turn green and it was bright, almost blinding. I looked at rock ruff turn a deep blue as it's tail grew longer, it's body grew longer and it's fluff got bigger. The green light stopped as rock ruff turned around revealing a sort of orange colour with green eyes. "What type of evolution is that? Of point. You evolved! You look so great!" I said hugged lycanrock as it softly growled. I decided to ask the gang and I returned my newly found lycanrock into its poke ball before taking off on garchomp.
"I found lycanrock!" I said and Sophocles looked at it and said "it evolved! But into what?..." Lillie looked at it and said "I haven't seen anything like that!" I smiled and said "what do we call it? I evolved under a green sky at dawn!" Sophocles thought for 2 minutes and said "dusk form lycanrock! Considering it evolved at dusk.". I smiled looking at lycanrock and I said "lycanrock! Your a dusk form!" Lycanrock smiled and it made me smile. Garchomp high fived lycanrock with its wing and rock ruff high fived with the top of its head. "Can we stop talking about lycanrock for a second? We need to get back to Melemele!" Mallow said as we boarded the boat and Kiawe flew off back to akala waving. I opened the door as garchomp ran in and mom said "a garchomp?!? How much longer until you stop catching Pokémon! We're going to need a bigger house soon." Lycanrock then walked in and nuzzled mom as she stared but then said "that's rock ruff?!? It's not midday nor midnight!" I smiled and pet lycanrock while returning garchomp and I said "we call it dusk form!" Mom smiled as she pet lycanrock and she went upstairs to do some laundry with toucannon.
