As the world is cased in white sadness
My soul mourns with it
My once warm heart freezes over with the earth
The snow causes silence
Darkness
Hurt
I apologize,
For I cannot quite explain
Why I feel sad with the snow
We want what we cannot have,
Sunshine
At night I wonder,
If the weather were to change,
If my smile would be found
Buried in white sadness
If the world were bright and warm,
Maybe my heart would follow in her footsteps
But instead I forever shiver under blankets made of wool,
Being sad with the weather
