Evelyn Turner has been through a lot these past few months. First, she found out her mother was having an affair and has decided to leave. Second, her dad starts to drink more and is always passed out. Third, she's left to take care of her 6 year old brother.
Nothing seems to be working for Evelyn and all she wants is to just finish her A levels and just leave. She wants to just escape it all.
Until, Alec Wright knocks her down on the field and sprains her ankle.
Alec just might be the most infuriating, obnoxious and annoying guy there is. But he's also the only guy that get's Evelyn's heart pumping. Sure, he makes everything a joke, and yea, he probably wants to get into Evelyn's pants, but at least he cares.
