Shrek sped to the hospital, shouting "DONT YOU DIE ON ME SAPNAP I SWEAR TO GOD BABY PLEASE!"
Once Shrek arrived at the hospital, he dashed inside shouting, begging for someone to help.
A nurse managed to calm him down and brought him and Sapnap's unresponsive body into one of the small doctors offices.
Shrek was shooketh when he noticed who Sapnap's doctor would be.
Dream.
All of Shrek's feelings came back that he previously had for Dream.
A few hours later.
"Shrek..?" Dream said coming out of Sapnap's hospital room.
"Yes Dream..?" Shrek replied through tears.
"Well you see... Sapnap has been diagnosed with semen-in-face-holes disorder, which has landed him in a coma.." Dream said, holding back tears. "He just couldn't handle your monster dong..but it will be alright he may wake up soon enough this is just for a little while." Dream said, encouragingly.
Shrek giggled at Dream calling his wang a monster dong.
Later, Shrek went home, feeling butterflies in his stomach.
