Y/n's pov:

We finally got moved into our house. And I guess there's going to be people coming over soon and I'm a little nervous. I mean Hailee has talked about them a lot like a lot.

I hear the doorbell ring and Hailee goes to the door and opens it. "Ella!" Hailee yells. "hi Hailee," Ella said. "don't forget about me," Adrian said.

"and me," Anna said. They all hug and go in the house and I'm just hanging out in the kitchen on my phone and they come in the kitchen.

"y/n, this is Ella, Anna, and Adrian" I look up from my phone to see them. "hi," They all say hi back. "oh I got you something"

"okay?" She pulls out a juice box from her bag and gives it to me. "Ella she is not a child"

"I know but if she's your daughter she must act like a child" We all laugh but Hailee. And I start to drink my juice box. "well... do you at least like it"

"mhm" I let out. "can I have a sip," She asked. "yeah sure" I put it close to her face so she can get a sip. And she does and I continue to drink it. "anyways, let's play some Mario Kart"

"you're so going to lose Hailee," Adrian said and clapped and rubbed his hands. "ha you could never beat Hailee in Mario Kart," I tell them. "well that's going to change today"

"yeah mhm" They all go to the living room and start playing Mario Kart and I have an idea to make Hailee lose. But I'll wait till I get a chance to talk to them but Hailee.

They finished some rounds in Mario Kart and come in the kitchen to get some stuff and Hailee leaves to go use the restroom and I need to tell them about my plan.

"so you guys wanna beat Hailee in Mario Kart?" I asked them. "yeah, do you have an idea," Anna said. "oh yeah I definitely have an idea and I'm pretty sure it's going to work"

"tell us the plan, I wanna win," Ella said and I tell them my plan and Hailee comes back and they continue playing. I go into my room and text Addison.

Addison:
Nope, why?

Y/n:
I just wanted to do something with you

Addison:
You can pick me up soon if you want to

I get one of my hoodies and go downstairs and grab Hailee's car keys. I go over to the living room and see that there doing rainbow road and Hailee's in first, time for me to shine.

"Hey, Mom I'm going to Addison's place," I tell her. "a-alright you can take my car," She said hesitating. "okay"

I see that she fell off the track and Ella gets in front of her and Hailee was close to the end then Ella wins. "Woo! I won!" Ella yelled out. "oh come on I got distracted" I laugh a little at this and go over to the door and leave.

I got back home with Addison and Hailee's friends were still there. We got out of the car and got into my house holding hands. "oh look the lovebirds are back"
