Chapter 15: Arrival

Naruto and Hinata entered the Hyuga mansion hand in hand. Naruto blinked repeatedly trying to fight away the fear. He couldn't help but have various thoughts run through his mind. What if Hinata's father didn't accept Naruto? What if he didn't want to break the marriage alliance with the Uchiha? But worst of all ....what if they separated Naruto and Hinata?!?

The young couple and Neji made thier way to a room at the end of a narrow hall. Neji knocked on the fore before entering .

"Hiashi-sama,Fugaku-sama, Hinata-sama wishes to speak with you."

Naruto looked at Neji a bit surprised at him calling Hinata, Hinata-sama. But he supposed Neji had to within the Hyuga and Uchiha households.

"Very well , send her in." Fugaku responded

Neji looked at Naruto then back at the door.

"...She is with a guest."

The inside if the room was quiet for a moment then came a response.

".......send them in...." This time Hiashi spoke.

Neji nodded at the both of them then opened the door to let them in. Neji patted Naruto's shoulder

"Good luck." Neji whispered and closed the door behind them. Naruto took his eyes away from the door and looked in front .

The two men were on opposite sides a short table sitting on there legs . They seemed to have been conversing business affairs before Naruto and Hinata came in. There were Papers all over he table , One man had long Black hair much like Neji's but without the pony tail at the end , his face was stern and his eyes were a pale lavender color. He could tell it was Hiashi, Hinata's father.

The man on the opposite side had dark brown hair that ended a little before it reached his shoulders,split in the middle. His face was serious and his stare a bit menacing his onyx colored pupils seemed to penetrate through Naruto. This was Probably Fugaku.

"Father , Fugaku-sama, I'm home."

Hinata bowed her head , Hiashi looked at Hinata then instantly and Naruto.

"Who is this?"

Naruto looked at both men nervously then stepped in front of Hinata.

"Hyuuga-sama, Uchiha-sama, my name in Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze, pardon my intrusion."

Naruto deeply bowed his head. Hinata looked at him shocked because he added his father's last name when he introduced himself. She knew Naruto was going to try his hardest to impress her father and arranged father-in-law.

"I am here.... I am here because..." Naruto hesitated for a moment trying to chose his words carefully. "I am here because I wish to be with Hinata..."

Hiashi 's eyes widened at Naruto's words and Fugaku gave an angry expression at Naruto.

"What?" Fugaku said with anger hidden behind his words.

Naruto lifted his head and looked at both men .

"I am in love with Hinata, and I wish to be with her... I will protect her and stay by her side... Please permit me to see her..."
