I lay in my house with Lana sitting next to me wit some distance, she still mad about what happened at the karaoke night and I'm not patching that up I mean why would I

I scroll through Twitter when suddenly my eye catches a headline from TMZ

TMZ: Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson call it quits after 5 months together

I instantly get off Twitter and text Ariana

Me: Hey are you ok, I saw the news on TMZ, is it true

Ari <3: Yea it's true, Pete and I decided to break up I mean it was for the best

Me: Oh well I'm sorry, you ok

Ari<3: I'm hanging in there, think I may stay single for a while tbh , I hope that doesn't come off rude given what we have is complicated

I stare at my phone in shock as I try and comprehend what I just read, she wants to stay single for a while now, what about what we had I mean all of that just for us to not happen right now

Me: I feel a way but I just need some time and I'm not mad

I close my phone and sigh as I look at the ground, I feel like shit now because not only will be going on tour in a good few months but now I have no reason to break up with Lana publicly

"What's going on with you all of a sudden" Lana says causing me to look at her with a bored expression

"Well your wish came true...I'll be at the studio" I say before walking to my in home studio, I have some collabs to do and some for my upcoming album that I'm already planning

I've had many artist in my dm's asking for a collab and I've accepted a bunch as well as my brother wanting to do a collab at some point when he's not busy

I start writing after a while of mental blocking, I start writing my verse for Motorsport since Cardi told me Offset said he ain't wanna do the song since they are in the middle of a divorce

I record my verse along with some other singles that go with my next album, I save them to a hard drive before coming back up to see Lana grabbing her purse and walking towards the door

"Where you goin" I say as I text my manager to tell him that my album is done and I have some singles almost ready to come out after the album is out

"To see a friend, bye" Lana says before leaving swiftly, I look at the door weirdly before just shrugging and going to work out

Time Skip to the tour

I finish my set on stage and walk down the stairs that lead to the back of the stage, i feel the happiness and excitement still in me as look at see Ariana and Lana standing near each other

"How was your performance" Ariana says excitedly as she comes over to me and grabs both my hands

"Great.....it hits me every time" I say chucking a little, I look behind Ariana to see Lana just on her phone texting and laughing at something, I just roll my eyes and look back to Ariana who's getting her mic attached to her ear

"Good luck out there....they probably will miss me" I say cockily, Ariana rolls her eyes and pushes me playfully

"Sure they will but not after my performance...see you after" Ariana says playfully rolling her eyes before walking away, I watch her walk away and I can't help but bite my lip as I watch her walk away
