"But Mr Michaelson, you cannot be serious!"

"Miss Griffin, I feel as though it would do both you and Mr Hale some good working together, I think you'd be mildly surprised at how well things turn out."

"I've been doing so well though, why are you punishing me?"

"I'm not punishing you, Mikayla, I just think that you and Mr Hale have a lot to offer each other and if I hear another word about it you'll be sent straight to the principals office, do you understand?"

"Yes, sir."

"Good, now, for the last time, please go join Mr Hale at your new lab table."

That is how it all began, the whole story begins with and is existent only because of Mr Michaelson, the science teacher who had the worst intentions. You see, our tale takes place after the death of Derek Hale's first love, Paige. Both Derek and Paige of whom enjoyed tormenting Mikayla and teasing her for her book smarts, but little did Derek know that in a few years time her book smarts would not only be keeping his grades up, but also be something he fell in love with her for.

It's funny how things change and it's even funnier how people change once they fall down the rabbit hole containing the supernatural. That day, just like Derek, Mikayla had no idea how drastically her life would change, nor could she have known how much she would enjoy turning bad, throwing almost everything she once stood for out the window.

In a town such as Beacon Hills, nothing good ever comes from befriending a werewolf, so really, what was Mikayla to expect? High school is a tough place, but it's even tougher when you turn into a werewolf every time you get angry and when your bloodlust grows during a full moon. Throw in Kate Argent, a psycho beta and bloodthirsty hunters and what do you get? A hell of a story, that's what.
