Devil in Disguise

Gabriella's POV

I dont like this feeling. I felt this shitty when Aiko was around. Aiko Francois was my sister's ex. They met in Germany in one of Kylie's films. They were together for 2 years. It started of good until Aiko started being abusive of Kylie's wealth. They almost got married too. I was the one who figured out that Aiko was sleeping with someone else the night before their wedding.

Stacy and I looked at each other the moment Kylie left the deck. She knew. I knew she felt uneasy too. The editors were exhausted from partying after dinner. It's about 1am and we all decided to hit the hay. Stacy and I escorted the ladies to their suite and then we went to ours.

Stacy: Francois is coming. I can feel her brewing up a storm.
Gabby: I felt it too. This is gonna be a shit show.

I helped her unzip her dress and she helped me. We were getting ready for bed when the intercom buzzed. Moments after that a speed boat approaching the yacht was announced by the Captain of the ship.

G: This is bad, Stace.
S: Francois can fuck off of the Chief's life.
G: We can't let her see Aiko. It's going to ruin everything for her and Valerie.
S: So who's gonna talk to the bitch?
G: I am.

By the time we decided to get out of the room, our suite's door opened and there she is. Aiko Francois the devil in disguise.

Aiko: Hello, My mortal companions.
Gabby: I am not anything related to you. Who in the world even invited you to this private party?
Aiko: Oh? Your sister didnt tell you?
Stacy: That is absurd. The Chief wont invite trash like you to mess up with her peace again.
Aiko: Well, that sucks for you. I am her peace. Where is she anyway? This was the room we used to stay in when she brought me to Brazil.
G: Kylie left the boat a few minutes ago.

*she came closer to me and brought her lips close to my ear
A: You know youve always been a bad liar, Gabriella.

*Stacy pulled me away from the devil and shoved me behind her
S: Take another step and I will push you of this boat myself.
A: Stacy, my darling. I used to like you but my baby ruined you for me.
S: You are nothing to the Chief.

*the door opened again and the editors all came in
Imane: Well, introduce us to this lovely lady.
Janet: M, I think she was hired.
Celine: I dont think the Captain and the Sexytary are into that kinky stuff yet.

*Valerie came in last looking very sleepy. When she looked at the devil she fixed herself up.

The devil walked towards her.
Aiko: Hello, Beautiful. May I know your name?

I tried everything I could to ensure that she doesnt say her real name.
Aiko: This is Veronica. That's Madison, Jennifer and Carlin. They are the special guests for the event that upheld earlier today.
Stacy: Editors, I would love it if you'd go back to your suite as this is a private matter.
Aiko: Don't be rude, Ms. Sexytary. Let me introduce myself. Hello, Ladies. My name is Aiko Deville Francois. Jamie's Fianceé. Nice to meet all of you.
Valerie: Youre who's who?
Kylie: That devil is my ex fianceé.

Kylie popped out of nowhere and walked into the room and stood in front of Valerie.
Aiko: Hello, Baby. It has been a while.
*she walked in between Val and Kyle and attempted to kiss the latter, to which Valerie ensured didnt happen by grabbing and tugging onto the zipper on the wetsuit of the devil herself.

The devil turned to face Valerie.
Aiko: Valerie "Val" Hofstetter. You are an actual, Veronica. Is this your new lover, Kylie?
Valerie: Can anyone explain to us what's going on?
Kylie: We met in one of the gala's that I had for one of the movies I directed in Germany. We were together for 2 yrs and almost got married until Gabby saved my life from her.
Aiko: Oh, Baby. You misunderstood everything that has happened then.
Kylie: Oh? I misunderstood the fact that Gabby caught you sleeping with my bestfriend the night before our wedding?
Imane: Oh this just got interesting.
Aiko: What is so interesting about this Imane "M" Anys?
Janet: She didnt mean anything.
Aiko: Janet "Janjan" Rose, would you mind taking your friends back to your suite? The adults are talking.
Celine: Let's just go, V. I'm sure the Chief will settle this.
Aiko: Celine "C" Mitten, that's where you are wrong. Kylie and I will rekindle our relationship as we have a new film to shoot.
Kylie: I never agreed to have another film with you. I don't want you here and I don't need you in my life.
Valerie: Girl, you heard her. Get the hell out of my sight.
Aiko: Veronica is quite the charmer, Gabby. I have done enough research and have enough ammunition against all of you. Especially, you Kylie.
Kylie: Oh, Sweetheart. You are one tough cookie.

*the intercom buzzed
Captain: Chief, we have arrived at the pier.
Kylie: Thanks, Cap. I can take it from here.

*she looked at V
Kylie: Baby, I'll be right back.
*she kissed her cheek and Val held her hand
Valerie: Okay, Love.

Kylie's POV

I tugged Aiko's arm and pulled her out of the suite towards the deck.

Kylie: Why are you even here, Aiko? We have settled things between us.
Aiko: Baby, I really am sorry for all the shit I put you through. I miss you. I miss us.
Kylie: Aiko, I am not gonna let you ruin everything that I have in my life right now. I want you out.

The cops arrived at the pier the moment we got off the boat. Officer Eidrian walked close to us. He has been a great help in my life ever since the accident.

OE: Chief, how have you been?
Kylie: Per usual, Officer. You know what to do.
OE: Aiko Deville Francois, you are under arrest for violating your restraining orders against Chief Kyle Stewart. You have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you can't afford one, one will be provided for you.
Aiko: I'll be back to take what's rightfully mine, Hofstetter! Remember that!
Valerie: Bring it on, Bitch! I could care less about your endless banters.

Officer Eidrian took Aiko out of our sight. I looked at the editors in embarrassment.
M: Well, that was an interesting night. Thanks, Chief. We will see you at work.

The editors went into Val's car that Director Pao was driving. I looked at the Director and he knew immediately what happened.
Kyle: Drive them home safe, Paolo. Shoot me a text when youre back at the school.
Pao: Copy that, Chief.

I looked at Val and held her hand.
Gabby: We'll see you at home, Sis.
Kyle: Take care.
She nodded and left with Stacy.

Kyle: Val, I should've told you about my past sooner. I'm really sorry, Baby.
Val: Kyle, you are my world now. I will always be here. You know youre stuck with me right?

She caressed my face with her hands and kissed my forehead.
Val: No one will separate us.
Kyle: I have to bring you somewhere first.
Val: Like I said, I'm all yours, Love.

I smiled at her as walked hand in hand towards my car.
